Sill FRONT OF ROBE Metal Jamb Cover Angle WALL Floor Batten Provides strength to bottom track and helps square up tracking. Pine batten may be planed to allow track to sit flat. Screw Wall Infill
16 Head infill Head Track Your doors are made to a specific size to allow your doors to fit in the dimensions that you gave us at ordering. The opening must be made to these dimensions otherwise the doors wont fit. The opening required for the doors should also be square. Jamb Dos or Door Opening Size Is the distance from jamb to jamb. Head Track to bottom track. Jamb In some cases the Head Infill might need to be trimmed or planed to allow for ceiling runouts or if the ceiling bows. Your head infill will always be oversize to allow you to adjust the opening to suit your home. The jambs can be packed out behind the jambs if the wall runouts (ie slopes). In bad situations where the wall runouts by more than 10 mm, then an additional cover angle can be used. Floor batten can be planed or packed up depending on the situation of the floor. The doors themselves have an additional 5mm play either side by raising or lowering the height of the doors. Bottom Track Up Door Adjustment Peel back buffer strip enough to expose holes as shown. Turn the bottom screw with a Phillips head screwdriver as shown below to raise the or lower door height as required. When raising the height of the door it is sometimes easier to slightly lift the door to tighten the screw. Frame Screw Don t use Down
