4 A - GROUND LIGHTING CHARGE This charge shall be due by all aircraft carrying out a "takeoff or landing" movement at an airport open to public air traffic, whose ground lighting has been lit. It applies both at night and in bad visibility, either at the Pilot's request or for safety reasons on the orders of the authority responsible for ground lighting operation. A reduction in the form of a fixed price/hour shall be given for training flights National, EEC and international traffic : B- PARKING CHARGES This charge shall be due by all aircraft parking either on the tarmac or on garage or maintenance areas. It shall be calculated per metric ton and per hour; the weight to be taken into account shall be the maximum authorized takeoff weight marked on the aircraft's airworthiness certificate. Each hour started shall be due. An exemption period of 2 hours shall be observed during which parking shall be free. This exemption which applies to all areas cannot be cumulated. The reference time shall be local time. NATIONAL and EU INTERNATIONAL / Metric Ton / Hour / Metric Ton / Hour C - PASSENGER CHARGE This charge shall be due for the use of common buildings and facilities used for boarding, disembarkation and reception of passengers. RATES : per passenger : Passengers bound for an Airport in -Metropolitan France and the EEC 5.50 (Charges harmonized at European level ) -Passengers bound for all other Airports These sums are charged to the carrier according to the number of passengers departing EXEMPTIONS : Crew members. Direct transit passengers (arriving and departing on the same flight number). The passengers of an aircraft carrying out a forced return to the Airport due to technical incidents or unfavourable atmospheric conditions. Children under 2 years of age.
