3 1. INTRODUCTION Multi-program is a plug-in of Affiliate Plus extension. This module allows you to create various referral programs according to specific customers or product groups. You can run a lot of Affiliate strategies at the same time. And it also allows participants to select their preferable program conveniently. As the result, you can manage the Affiliate system more easily as making it more productive and effective for your business. Why don t you put it in your store to perfect Affiliate program? Outstanding features For customers Able to select which Affiliate program to join. All details of each program will be recorded to follow easily by Affiliate account. Customers can join or opt out of a program as they wish. When they meet some requirements of a program, they can auto join that program. For admins Allow admin to create different programs for certain products or customer groups. Enable to set program auto-join function for customers Able to choose which program applied for banners. HOW TO USE In this part, we will introduce how a customer interacts with the Affiliate multi-program system Welcome page display On the frontend page, by clicking on Affiliate link in the footer, customer can go to Affiliate Program. After clicking on this link, customer will be directed to Affiliate Welcome page whether they already log in or not. On this page, customer is able to view all Affiliate programs in the system as below: Multiple Program v4.2 4

5 2.2. How to manage program After logging in to the Affiliate system, customer is able to manage his/her program by clicking on My Programs on the left navigation My Affiliate Account. The My Programs tab includes: The default affiliate program with policy. Search form: Used for customer to search their joined program(s). Program list: A grid view of list joined program of customer. Other Program button: To link the list of available programs in the system that customer has not joined. Multiple Program v4.2 5

6 View list of programs that customer does not join Customer can view a list of programs that he has not joined by selecting Other Programs button (or All Programs if customer has not joined any programs) The Programs page will show: Search form: for customer to search which program he has not participated. Program list: A grid view of programs customer hasn t joined. The details of program with name, discount, commission and date created will be displayed here as on My Programs page. 7 View program detail In order to show details of each program, you can click on Program Name link in My Programs tab. The program detail page of a program includes: Multiple Program v4.2 7

8 Search form: to search product (by name) in the program Product grid: to show the list of products in the program. Out program button if customer joins this program and Join Program button if customer hasn t taken part in this program Join program Customer can click on Join Program link to join in a specific program of the Affiliate system or to participate in all programs by selecting Join All Selected Program button. Or customer can take part in a program by clicking on program link then click Join Program button on the View Program Detail page. Multiple Program v4.2 8

9 Out of a program Customer can get out of the program by clicking on Opt out link on My Programs page: Or they can choose Opt Out button on the View Program Detail page: Multiple Program v4.2 9

HOW TO CONFIGURE Admin can manage all programs of the Affiliate system in the back end How to manage affiliate programs After installing the module, you can manage programs in system by following these steps: Log in to Back-end Go to menu Affiliate plus Manage Programs The system provides functions as below: List all programs in the system Add/Edit/Delete a program Export programs to CSV/XML file Change status/delete mass programs by ticking programs you want Add a new program If you want to add a new program, please select Add Program button in Manage Programs page and then complete all required fields to save: In this form, you will see four tabs: Multiple Program v4.2 10

11 Program Details: You need to fill out program details such as program name, description, status to create a new program. Conditions: In this tab, you can choose which categories you want to apply for the program. Plus, you can set up the conditions that can make orders eligible to the program. Commissions and Discounts: You can set up some information of commissions and discounts to apply for the program. Affiliate Accounts: It will list all affiliate accounts for you to choose who can join this program (if this program allows affiliate accounts to automatically participate in, they can join it whenever they meet requirements of the program) Edit an existing program If you want to edit an existing program, you can click on Edit link or just on product row which you want to edit as below: And then, fill in all required information of Edit Program form, clicking on the Save button to save your work. 12 This form has tab Transactions which can be seen when you add a new program. Click on this tab, you can view a grid of transactions of this program How to manage banners The management of banners allows admin to create a new banner for a specific affiliate program. The program s members can place this banner on their websites, forum, etc. The whole banners of the Affiliate program will be displayed on the Customer page. In order to manage banner, please take steps below: Log in to Back-end Go to the menu Affiliate Plus Manage Banners Multiple Program v4.2 12

13 You will view a grid view list of all banners in your system here. Besides, this plug-in provides a new column Program Name. When you add a new program or edit a program, the edit form has a new field where you can choose program for banner How to manage programs for affiliate account In order to manage program, please take steps below: Log in to Back-end Go to the menu Affiliate Plus Manage Accounts You will see a list of all accounts in the system. You are able to choose Add Account or Edit account. Multiple Program v4.2 13

14 In the detailed form of each account, you will see the tab Programs where you can choose program(s) for referral to join View programs in transactions In order to manage transactions, please take steps below: Log in to Backend Go to the menu Affiliate Plus Manage Transactions You will see a grid view of transaction list. 15 In order to view more details of a transaction, you can click on the View link or click just on the program. In this form, you can see the list of programs of this transaction; each program is a link that is clickable to view program details END Multiple Program v4.2 15
