3 DECLARATION AND CONSENT All the information provided within this two page application is correct and we have not withheld anything which may be relevant to this application for accommodation through HomeLets of Bath, even if it has not been requested. We authorise HomeLets of Bath to make enquiries that are necessary in respect of this application and/or any subsequent associated tenancy. We expressly permit HomeLets of Bath to approach our accountant. HomeLets of Bath may not share our information with any third party unless it is specifically required for the success of this application or relevant to the performance of a tenancy once established. We accept that should this application be unsuccessful, HomeLets of Bath may not be able to discuss the reasons for refusal with us. If there is more than one applicant, a separate application form is required for each applicant over the age of 18. Please return each form to us within five working days. Please be aware this application does not guarantee your tenancy. A tenancy is confirmed once the contracts have been signed and dated. Please ensure you are familiar with the Tenants Fees on the reverse of this page. If a guarantor is required they must complete a guarantor application form. They must be UK based and either own their own home or be in full time employment. They will be asked to sign an agreement to guarantee the financial commitment of your tenancy. If you are currently a student you will need the Guarantor Application Form. Once you have completed your forms please return them to our tenancy administration team, either via to karolina@homeletsofbath.co.uk, or by dropping them into our offices. To submit the application we will need to take a copy of your passport and visa (if applicable). We will also need to see evidence of association with the company in question. Please talk to our tenancy administration team if you cannot supply this and we can advise you of your alternative options.
