THE HOTEL The Fir Trees is a family run hotel situated in it s own grounds on the outskirts of Strabane. Surrounded by trees and with ample car parking the hotel is the perfect spot for a private gathering, yet it is ideally situated just off the main Omagh & Derry Roads. The Fir Trees has recently undergone a major refurbishment and is now regarded as one of the finest boutique hotels in the North West. The Function Room has a seating capacity of 250 / 300 people and provides a luxurious setting for any wedding celebration. In addition to the main banqueting hall we have the cool and vibrant niche nite bar, while for the more mature guest we have Martha s Bar & Bistro, which offers fine food throughout the day and evening, as well as live music on weekend nights. 7 Terms & Conditions Once you have agreed that The Fir Trees Hotel is the ideal location for your wedding we will provisionally hold your date for 7 days, after which we will require a deposit of 400 accompanied by a signed copy of the attached. 1. A non refundable deposit of 400 is required to confirm the booking. 2. Cancellation within two months of the event will require a 25% payment of services booked one month requires 50% - one week requires 100%. 3. Approximate numbers are required one month in advance, and exact numbers 48 hours in advance. The final numbers will be minimum charged should numbers increase you will be charged for the higher amount. 4. All accounts must be settled on or before the day of the function at the prices agreed. 5. All prices quoted include 17.5% - should the rate increase then this will reflect in the final cost. 6. All food and beverage items consumed on the premises must be purchased from The Fir Trees Hotel (other than the Wedding Cake). 7. The Management reserve the right to cancel a function if: (1) Agreed payments have not been met (2) If the event could prove detrimental to the image or reputation of the hotel. 8. In the event of damage to the hotel or its employees by wedding guests then any subsequent costs will be met by the bridal party.
