1 DELICIOUS AWARD 8TH WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP OF CHINESE CUISINE

2 INTRO OF WCCC World Championship of Chinese Cuisine (WCCC), regarded as The Olympic of Chinese Cuisine, is the paramount of Chinese-style cooking competitions. Organised by the World Association of Chinese Cuisine (WACC) in selected countries once every 4 years, the championship invites players and teams from Chinese cuisine restaurants from around the world. In 2016, the 8h edition will be held in Netherlands for the first time, proudly hosted by Stichting landelijke Federatie van chinese orgaisaties in Nederland (LFCON). 2

3 SINCE 1992, 23 YEARS OF HISTORY HAS BOUGHT WCCC FROM CHINA TO THE WORLD

The teams will prepare six dishes, from appetizers to main courses and desserts, all within 3½ hours. This will culminate with a tasting for the distinguished judging panel and a vibrant artistic display for the public to view.

7 THE WCCC2016 WILL INCLUDES: - 3 DAYS COMPETITION BETWEEN TEAMS, EACH TEAM WILL HAVE 4 MEMBERS. - AT THE SAME TIME OF THE COMPETITION THERE WILL BE EXHIBITION FOR THE SPONSORS AND OTHER COMPANIES WITHIN COOKING INDUSTRY - AND ALSO SEVERAL SEMINARS - THE WCCC COMMITTEE ANNUAL MEETING - OPENING CEREMONY + RECEPTION - CLOSING GALA DINNER + ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE NEXT HOST COUNTRY

8 RULES OF THE CHAMPIONSHIP PART 1: LIVE COOKING Each team consists of 4 members (1 Leader to be appointed). Each team member is allowed to sign up for ONE category in the competition. There are 4 categories in total. PART 2: SHOW CASE * Each team will design and create their own signature set of dishes and place at the table of 2.4x 0.8 x 2.4 meter. *Design, theme or style is not limited. The 4 categories include: i. Appetizers (Cold / Hot) ii. Soup & Hot Dish (Seafood) iii. Hot Dish (Meat and Vegetable) iv. Pastry Art (Salty / Sweet / Cold / Hot)

And though there will be a promo video for WCCC2016 which will be released closer to the opening, we have an online campaign that will present a new look and side of the each event every time.
