2 Overview Current Honda Pilot owners who obtain a Pilot Promise certificate for a 2016 Pilot from February 17, 2015 July 31, 2015, have until the Commitment End Date of September 30, 2015, to take delivery Eligible customers: existing Honda Financial Services SM (HFS) lessees of a current Pilot with their lease maturing between March 1, 2015, and June 30, 2015 Eligible vehicles: new and unregistered 2016 Pilots not in stock at the time of the Pilot Promise certificate issuance The 2016 Pilot Promise is designed to offer existing HFS lessees of a current Pilot the following benefits (subject to the lease or financing of a new and not previously reported sold 2016 Pilot through HFS): Lease Extension Complimentary Honda Care Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) for current leased vehicle Complimentary Honda Care Maintenance TM for 2016 Pilot Honda Pilot Promise Program Tutorial 2

3 Getting Started Accessing the Honda Pilot Promise program via the in: Select the Sales tab and then click on Honda Performance Center Or, access the program directly by visiting: For dealership personnel who are accessing the website for the first time, enter the DPTS ID and last name in all capital letters, and then click Login Once in the site, the password can be changed to one of your choosing for future access Forgot your password? > Dealership personnel will need to click the Forgot Password? link > A new password will be automatically generated and sent to the address on file From the homepage, hover over the AHM Programs tab from the top navigation bar Select Honda Pilot Promise from the drop-down list Honda Pilot Promise Program Tutorial 3

4 Completing a Customer Offer Form On the program landing page, click on the Customer Offer Form tab to generate a certificate for your customer Make sure you complete each field. Those marked with an asterisk (*) are required Customer Offer Form Please fill out the form below and click Submit. You will be able to print your customer's certificate in the next step. If the number of months requested extends the customer s original maturity date more than 6 months, the client will be required to sign an extension agreement to complete the extension. Contact the Lease Maturity Center at and a Lease End Specialist can assist you with your request. No direct contact with Lease Maturity Center (LMC) needed to activate lease extension for customers outside of AL, GA and NY. Note: These two items will only appear for 1-6 Month Lease Extensions. 7 Summary Report A Dealer can: View a summary of their certificate offers Re-print certificates Cancel a certificate Submit a Claim Once the 2016 Pilot inventory arrives and the customer returns to take delivery of their vehicle: Access the HP-G63 program under the Programs tab Submit a claim for each eligible offer by VIN Follow the normal claim process Honda Pilot Promise Program Tutorial 7
