7 The territorial cooperation competency of the Andalusian regional governement: The Observatory for Territorial Cooperation in Andalusia (O.C.T.A.) An innovating project at national and european level. Objectives: * To provide coordination, support, information and assessment on European and Neighbourhood Territorial Cooperation issues * To strengthen, reinforce, increase and spread the role and importance of Andalusia in European cooperation matters * To promote a greater role of all the Andalusian stakeholders involved in territorial cooperation
