2 MISSION STATEMENT ComputerData Solutions, LLC (CDS) is a full-service data management solutions company providing highquality, cost effective and innovative data management services. Our goal is to satisfy each and every customer through prompt delivery of products and services and where possible apply an innovative approach to project evaluation and execution with results that exceed our client s requirements. COMPANY PROFILE As an experienced professional in data management solutions, who saw a need for professional-level solutions by local small to medium-sized businesses in the region, Terrell P. Davis founded ComputerData Solutions, LLC in March 1999 in accordance with District of Columbia law. In 2001, through facilitating numerous assignments including the implementation of an on-site document-imaging project, which required both staffing and hardware, CDS was introduced to the data management industry. Since opening its doors in 1999, CDS has experienced steady growth and has since applied for and received several federal, state and local government as well as commercial certifications. Eighty to ninety percent of our Gross Commercial Sales are in the document imaging/conversion services. CDS headquarters are located at 913 U Street, NW, Washington, DC (HUBZone certified). Finding, Interviewing and Testing Candidates We conduct our searches for candidates through a variety of channels, such as newspaper and Internet advertisements, networking, and personal or professional referrals. All candidates are interviewed in person by our consultants. During the initial meeting candidates will be asked questions with regard to their work history, job responsibilities, and any other background information pertinent to potential placement. It is our belief that good attitude and a willingness to grow and learn are key factors in taking on a new candidate. After the first interview, candidates are tested on their software and work related skills. We will not consider any person for a position until they have been interviewed, tested and met our standards. References We check all potential candidates' references thoroughly. Those individuals who are unable to provide references will not be considered for job placement. We consider strong, reputable references to be the most important factor in taking on or recommending a new candidate. 4
