Some of the hostels listed here offer direct access you can just turn up and apply for a place. This is also called self-referral. For other hostels you need a referral from a Local Authority. These are only some of the hostels and shelters available. Being on the list does not mean that they are recommendations. If you go to a hostel, take proof of your identity and income, and if possible your National Insurance number. Remember that hostels can be full. There is no guarantee they will have a place for you. Conditions for entry may vary from time to time. Hostels and shelters offering direct access Emmanus House 8 Arthur Street, Aldershot, Hants Tel Hostel with 11 beds in shared rooms for men and women aged 16 to 25. you can self refer- just phone or call at the house shared living facilities you must stay for 13 weeks open 24 hours a day breakfast/lunch/evening meal provided for per week one emergency night-stop bed an accredited Foyer a local project that helps young people with job and life skills Leatherhead Night Shelter 3 Church Road, Leatherhead, Surrey Tel (8am 10am and 6pm to 11pm, or leave a message) Hostel for 12 single homeless men and women (eight male, four female) aged 16 and over. shared rooms and use of communal facilities residents must be out during the day Leatherhead Night Hostel cannot accept people who seem drunk on arrival or under the influence of drugs, people with mental health problems who require special care, or people with a history of violence. Leatherhead Night Hostel does not keep a waiting list

You cannot go in the hostel if you have been drinking 10 single rooms, two twin rooms, three rooms adapted for people with disabilities phone for an application; interviews conducted by the manager Wayside will accept applicants with drug, alcohol, or mental health problems as long as they will commit themselves to treatment.
