We wanted to style something for a summer night out. Even though you wouldn t normally see us wearing many printed dresses on our blog, we couldn t go past these amazing maxis from TEMT. We figured summer is approaching, why not add some colour to the wardrobe? WHERE DO YOU LOVE TO SHOP? We love Myer and Sportsgirl, but Nike store and Cotton On Body would have to be our other favourite stores at Westpoint. We were blown away with Cotton On Body s amazing pieces at such low prices and let s face it, you can never go wrong with Nike! BEST THING ABOUT SUMMER? The heat and bikinis! Danielle found her beige patterned dress at TEMT; natural leather bag at Sportsgirl; earrings at Colette by Colette Hayman and shoes at Billini. 3 TELL US ABOUT YOUR BLOG. We started our fashion & lifestyle blog just over 3 years ago. The name When Words Fail originated from the saying When words fail music speaks because we used to study music and sing together. We loved it so kept it open with just When words fail. Our styles are quite simple and involve a lot of neutral colours, leather, midi dresses and boots. When Words Fail is about bringing a fresh take on fashion with the influence of not one, but two of us! FAVOURITE THING ABOUT BEING A BLOGGER? There s definitely many perks! We love not having to buy clothes or makeup. Every day is different. We love working with new designers. It s given us many amazing opportunities over the years. SANDALS OR STILETTOS? Stilettos! We like to look taller than we are! all you need is denim Day, night, life it s the season to be a blue jeans baby! TELL US ABOUT YOUR FINDS ON THE RIGHT. We are both denim lovers, we literally live in denim shorts! They would have to be our top choice for summer as every girl needs a good pair. The makeup we found is basically our go-to look during summer, we just can t go past having a pop of colour with a neutral gold/bronzed eye. on the cover We wanted to go for a more chic monochrome style, dressed down with sneakers. We found ourselves firstly heading straight into Myer where we purchased the Veronika Maine black midi skirt. We were then drawn to Sportsgirl...(who doesn t love Sportsgirl!?). After visiting our favourite two stores we found many hidden gems in the less expensive stores. You sure can find a bargain at Westpoint! Danielle found her black velvet choker & handbag at Sportsgirl; gold hoop earring (worn as a choker) & gold earrings at Colette by Colette Hayman; jumpsuit at Hipster and Adidas sneakers at Platypus Shoes. Nicole found her bag at Colette by Colette Hayman; choker at Sportsgirl; striped top at Forever New and Veronika Maine skirt at Myer. Danielle and Nicole found these denim shorts & sunglasses at Factorie; nude palette, lipstick & candle at Big W; Dolce & Gabbana perfume at Myer; pencil case at Typo, and hand cream at Cotton On Body.

4 summer loves The girls run us through what you need to spend the summer sweatin in style. Spring/summer is just around the corner so that calls for getting our summer bodies ready!
