Here at the Lake Louise Ski Resort we coordinate easy and simple experiences for groups of all sizes. Our school group packages bundle discount lift tickets, lessons, rentals as well as food & beverage options. We understand that each group varies in size, ability and makeup though we can cater to everyone, whether it is all day lessons or full day lift ticket. Our goal is to create an experience that inspires students to have a long-lasting relationship with the mountains, mountain sports and snow culture. Our certified guides show you how to use snowshoes in a safe environment, while sharing stories of history, the landscape and wildlife of Lake Louise. Enjoy breathtaking views while taking your first steps in snowshoes. The difficulty level is easy. Tours depart at 10:30am and 1:30pm. This tour includes a guide, sightseeing lift ticket, snowshoe rental, hot chocolate and a snack. WINTER NIGHT SNOWSHOE TOUR: This truly unique winter experience will take you on an awe-inspiring nighttime walk to view the night sky as you ve never seen it before. Experience what it feels like to be in a winter forest while getting a rare behind the scenes look at what really goes on at a busy ski resort after the last chair of the day. The difficultly level is moderate. Tours depart at 5:45pm (Departure will change to 7pm on March 8 th ). This tour includes a guide, head lamp rental, snowshoe rental, a snack and a hot beverage, plus transfer to and from hotels in Lake Louise. WINTER WILDLIFE SNOWSHOE TOUR: Join our enthusiastic and certified guides on this tour as you escape the crowds and learn how animals and plants deal with the long, hard winters in the Canadian Rockies. The difficultly level is easy. Tours depart at 10:30 am and 1:30pm. This tour includes a guide, snowshoe rental and hot chocolate. NOTE: Guests are required to wear warm winter gear. We suggest a winter jacket, snow pants, gloves, winter footwear, warm socks, and a toque or balaclava. In addition, snow goggles are great for sun glare and windier days. Our Rental Shop can fit you with a winter jacket and pants (optional). A light backpack is a good idea to carry your camera, water, snacks. Page 3 of 9

One (1) complimentary lift ticket is provided for every twenty-five (25) lift tickets purchased. SNOW SCHOOL Our Ski and Snowboard School's team of professional instructors are ready to deliver a memorable experience to your participants. RENTALS Items available from our in-house rental shop include: mid & high performance skis and snowboards, ski boots, snowboard boots, poles, helmets, snow pants & jackets. FOOD AND BEVERAGE Many options are available to your group from bagged lunches, cafeteria vouchers to catered meals. Please see our Catering Package for more information. ACTIVITIES LLSR has a variety of extra activities and programs that your group can participate in! 5 POLICIES & PROCEDURES By signing the Group Booking Form you are agreeing to the following: General Arrival Procedures We recommend calling the Group Sales department (ph ) on the morning of your trip, prior to your arrival to inform us of any changes. This will speed up the process and get you on-snow sooner! 1. When arriving by bus, the bus drop off zone is Bus Corral 5 or 6, this area is located in front of the main lodge (reference base area map page) Note: Bus Parking is located at the far end of the drop off area. 2. On arrival, the group leader should proceed to the Group Sales Office located on the lower level of the Whisky Jack Lodge, opposite Guest Services. Be prepared with: Changes or amendments to your group order Emergency details for an on-snow leader and/or chaperone remaining at the base area Payment method 3. While the on-snow leader checks-in at Group Sales, if equipment is being rented proceed to the pre-set location (determined by your Group Sales Coordinators in advance) 4. The group is invited to use the un-secured storage shelves in the Whisky Jack Cafeteria OR purchase a locker to the left of Guest Services 5. It is the responsibility of the organizer to ensure everyone receives their lift tickets, lessons and rentals. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated! Payment Procedures To be eligible for school group rates, only one form of payment is accepted for the whole group Payment forms accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Debit, Cash, Certified Cheques, Invoice (Option to Invoice must be set up in advance of your ski day via approved credit application) Prior to receiving lift tickets payment must be made in full Amendments and changes must be reported to your Group Sales Coordinators by 2pm on your final ski day Credit Cards are held on file, until the point of the sale (please see cancellation policy) Certified cheques are payable to Rental Procedures Your confirmation will contain the location of your pre-set rentals Groups of 15 or more people ordering rental equipment will have their rentals pre-set Rental information must be submitted 2 weeks prior to your ski day - we cannot guarantee pre-set rentals if the info is late If your rental information does not fit head to the rental shop to get your gear adjusted Complimentary storage is available for groups of 15 or more on multi-day trips, please advise when booking Rental equipment must be returned to the Rental Shop at the end of your ski day Ski and Snowboard Lesson Procedures 1. Please arrive 1 hr prior to your lesson beginning 2. Ensure all participants are geared up in plenty of time 3. Meet your instructors 10 minutes before your lesson time at The Meeting Place located in the base area 4. Organizers should assist instructors splitting participants into groups according to ability 5. We cannot guarantee a lesson extension or time adjustment if your group is late, punctuality is appreciated. Cancellation Policy Groups: Please contact your Group Sales Coordinators as soon as possible when cancelling your group. Lessons and Rentals: Cancellation within 24hrs attracts a charge of 50% off the pre-booked rentals or lessons Food and Beverage: Final numbers OR cancellation must be confirmed 96 hours (4 days) prior to your school group's arrival date. Cancellation within 72 hours (3 days) of the arrival date will be charged 50%. Cancellation within 24 hours (1 day) of the arrival date will be charged 100%. Billing will be based on the guaranteed number or actual number, whichever is greater. Page 5 of 9

6 PAYMENT CONDITIONS The Lake Louise Ski Area Ltd agrees to sell products for the ski season to the partner, subject to the terms and conditions that follow: 1. Definitions: For the Agreement the following definitions apply. a) Lake Louise Ski Area Ltd means those services defined in this document including Appendices. 2. Term: This agreement affects The Lake Louise Ski Area Ltd services provided between the openings and closing dates of skiing operation at the Lake Louise Ski Resort for the ski season. The agreement extends for whatever period required to fulfill all of the terms and conditions and until the partner has paid all indebtedness to The Lake Louise Ski Area Ltd including principal and interest. 3. This agreement applies to Lake Louise Ski Area Ltd services for the ski season only. 4. The Lake Louise Ski Area Ltd must approve the partner s credit privileges annually. Should the partner be granted credit privileges, The Lake Louise Ski Area Ltd will accept vouchers from the partner provided that, The Lake Louise Ski Area Ltd has approved the partner s computer generated vouchers or otherwise in writing. Vouchers will not be accepted in redemption for services until approved. 5. Should the partner not wish to apply for, or use credit privileges, services will be paid for at the time of arrival; 6. Should the partner be granted credit privileges, the partner will be invoiced on a weekly basis for services provided. 7. The partner will pay invoices upon receipt. 8. All amounts owed by the partner for a period of over 20 days from the date of invoice will be subject to interest charges of 1.5 % per month. 9. The Lake Louise Ski Area Ltd may, at its discretion, refuse to provide the partner services if the partner not fulfilled any element of this agreement. 10. Confirmation of your acceptance of these terms may be given by electronic means and you agree that the agreement formed by your acceptance of these 11. Terms shall be governed by the laws of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein and any dispute arising out of or relating to such agreement shall be determined exclusively by the courts of Alberta.
