5 Cart Memberships WEEKDAY CART MEMBERSHIP PRICE: $ 630 per person (Valid for Weekday and Senior Members Only. Fee must be paid in full with first dues payment - NO EXCEPTIONS) Unlimited Cart Usage Monday Friday GOLD CART MEMBERSHIP PRICE: $ 840 per person (Valid for Gold Members Only. Fee must be paid in full with first dues payment NO EXCEPTIONS) Unlimited Cart Usage 2015 MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES AND REWARDS 1. Members present at the beginning of the year will be billed tri-annually - January 15 th, April 15 th, and June 15 th cash or check only. The $90 Membership Association Fee will be billed with the first dues installment. If you wish to pay your dues by credit card, you must use the EZ Pay system. Junior Summer Membership due in full by June Suspension of privileges will begin 30 days past due date. 3. Multiple suspensions in a calendar year will result in expulsion without reinstatement or refund. 4. Charge-backs from other Clubs will be handled the same as charges incurred at Downingtown Country Club. Page 5 of 6

6 Member Loyalty Rewards Program Reward points will be accumulated and redeemed for any purchases in the golf shop as well as in the restaurant. One point is earned for each dollar associated with the purchase (not including tax and/or gratuity). Points can be redeemed at 10 points $1 ratio. To make a purchase with Loyalty Points, the member must have enough points accumulated to cover the total amount of the item (tax and gratuity may not be paid with Loyalty Points). Points can not be earned or redeemed for any banquet function or redeemed for discounted items in the golf shop. As a member however, any banquet will automatically be discounted by 10% off of our regular prices. Page 6 of 6
