2 A personal service for your 2016 staff survey Picker Institute Europe is an international charity working across health and social care. We have unrivalled experience in measuring patient and staff experience and are in the unique position of being both an approved staff survey contractor and the NHS Staff Survey Co-ordination Centre for NHS England. Our staff survey package enables you to effectively measure the experiences of staff within your organisation, and also provides you with the tools to drive improvements based on their feedback. The full colour report also shows how different directorates/divisions are performing.
