5 4. Storage Charges We obviously try to arrange the customs clearance of import shipments as soon as we can and remove them from the port/airport as soon as possible. However it is often the case that we are restricted on the dates that we can bring shipments to the show site, therefore storage charges will be incurred for your shipments. The below rates are indicative rates only and have been produced to assist you and your clients with your budgeting. The actual rates will be set by the authorities and will be invoices to you as per outlay +15%. *Please note that demurrage charges will vary considerably from line to line. If you have a free time demurrage agreement, please make us aware of the terms in your pre-alert. Sea Freight LCL Sea Freight consolidator warehouse storage will be billed on receipt from the consolidator as per outlay +15%. FCL Sea Freight port storage for 20 Container / 40 Container will be billed on receipt from the shipping line as per outlay +15%. FCL Sea freight-demurrage* for 20 Container / 40 Container will be billed on receipt from the shipping line as per outlay +15%. SEA FREIGHT PORT STORAGE AND DEMURRAGE APPLICABLE ON INBOUND AND OUTBOUND MOVEMENTS Air Freight Will be billed on receipt from the airline as per outlay +15%. AIRFREIGHT STORAGE CHARGES APPLICABLE ON INBOUND AND OUTBOUND MOVEMENTS Storage receipts available approximately 4 weeks after the close of the show. Indicative rates only. 15% outlay fee will apply. 5. Courier shipments (up to 50 kgs per shipment) From receipt at DHL office to delivered stand at Sakhir Air Base Handling charges Please read exceptions in shipping guidelines Minimum per shipment $ 2.35 per chargeable kg plus customs duty (if applicable) $ per shipment / exhibitor / waybill Clearance charges if arrived via DHL Express at Airport as per air freight tariff. Films / DVDs / CD Roms From receipt at DHL office to delivered stand at Sakhir Air Base Handling Charges / Censorship Inspection fee $ per shipment (1 DVD ONLY) Each additional DVD $ Exhibitors have to ensure that the CD/DVDs respect the religious, political and cultural sensitivity of Bahrain 5

6 7. Rental of Equipment / Manpower Rental of forklifts This service is available for the set-up of exhibits if required. The scope of work includes only working on the stand for the assembly /dismantling of exhibits and cannot be utilized for loading or offloading of exhibits / freight at the marshalling yard. Un-Skilled Labor Rigger $ per hour / Labor $ 35,00 per hour / Rigger Minimum charge 4 hours. 6

7 8. Additional Charges For shipments that require special permits from governmental departments such as Ministry of Health or Municipality, all costs will be billed as per receipt + $ per clearance. Heavy-lift surcharge will apply for an individual item over 2000 kilograms and also for any individual dimension exceeding 300 x 250 x 250 cms (L x W x H). Surcharge will be +25% of tariff handling rates. Failure to produce a full set of stamped and signed original invoices / packing lists at the time of Customs clearance - Customs penalty $ Failure to produce a certificate of origin at the time of Customs clearance Customs penalty $ Failure to declare true and accurate values on the shipping invoice including mis-declaration of the Country of Origin against the physical cargo, applicable customs re-evaluation penalty will be $ Container storage on site once grounded 2 free days, $ per day thereafter. We strongly recommend containers are unloaded in full once opened so we can remove the containers from the show site to avoid extra charges. Storage of containers during the exhibition Quotes on request. Storage of stand fitting material / tool boxes to be returned directly after the close of the show, or accessible storage $ 5.00 per cbm, minimum $ Re-issuing export bill of lading / AWB or HAWB $ per document, which includes amendments / incorrect return shipping instructions. Shipment / Equipment lashing $ per container / $ per flat rack. Bahrain Customs Duties, which are currently charged at 5% of CIF value of the goods, assessed by Customs. Advancement fee of 15% applicable to all additional charges outlaid by us on your behalf. This applies to customs duty, taxes, port storage, terminal handling, detention, customs penalties, fines etc. (other than those mentioned above). Bahrain Ports offer 5 days free time, and the shipping lines offer 3 days free time for the containers to be unstuffed and returned to the port. Late arrival surcharge at 50% of the basic handling charges (if applicable). Import conversion fee from temporary to permanent status charged at $ per entry, per shipment. Shipments delayed in export either by air, sea or road by more than 8 days from the close of the show, will be subject to a storage fee of per cbm / per month with a minimum charge of $ per exhibitor per shipment. In addition to such consignment an additional handling and transportation fee of $ per cbm for movement into the warehouse for interim storage will occur. 7

8 All other rates quoted herein exclude: Airline/Airport/Seaport storage or demurrage charges (if applicable) will be additional on early arrival shipments (irrespective of the cargo arrival deadlines mentioned in the shipping guidelines). The free time permitted for shipments is 5 days from the port and shipping line for the containers to be unloaded and delivered back to port, effective from date of arrival. Any third party charges incurred, beyond our control. Storage and handling of empty cases are subject to availability of free storage space on site. Additional charges may apply for off-site storage or charges levied by the venue towards the space required on site. Split delivery of freight into different stands/halls locations, where additional handling is required. Unforeseen charges, such as loading/unloading, packing/unpacking at sea/airport for Customs inspection. Provision of hire of equipment and manpower fork lift, crane, pallet truck, packing materials, labour etc. For additional services not listed above, individual quotations will be provided based on your requirement. 9. Terms & Conditions All supplied equipment & manpower is subject to availability. Pls. provide an estimation of maximum no. of workers & no. of equipment per type required, a week in advance of the event, to book the same with suppliers. For permanent & continuous equipment to be placed on site during operational period, will require a minimum 3 days in advance notice. Each day s equipment & manpower requirement should be communicated to us by previous working day before am to make necessary arrangements. Maximum availability may be only within the initial plan communicated to us. Necessary gate passes and permissions for our equipment and manpower must be provided to access the exhibition site. All movements & activities must be insured to safe guard unexpected incidences in terms of Assets, equipment & manpower. Insurance must include Danzas / DHL TFE and its contractor as co insured with an un- conditional waiver of subrogation. The insurance policy must waive the right of recovery from Danzas / DHL TFE and its contractor fully and unconditionally for all incidences during the operations. Clearance lead time for ocean freight shipments is 3 working days from receipt of all documents in order excluding document receipt date. In order to smoothen the clearance and delivery on time all shipments have to land at Bahrain port at least 7 working days prior to the event starts. Non SOC containers grounded on site may attract detention charges payable to shipping line which will be billed to your account at actual as per receipt +15%. Pre-alert with Bill of lading, invoice & packing list copies must be provided to us one week in advance to arrival of shipment at sea port. Escort / traffic permission, if any required for movement, will be charged at cost as per receipt +15%. Danzas / DHL TFE do not take responsibility in case of delay occurred in clearance due to in-correct paperwork /special permissions or approvals / customs hold and for any other reasons beyond our control. Rates quoted based on current rates and tariffs, subject to changes with / without prior notice. ALL CHARGES QUOTED IN US-DOLLARS. 8
