The unit s drive handle is height and reach adjustable and forms an integral part of the X-ray tube assembly. When positioning the X-ray tube, the user can easily move the Mobile DR in all directions using the mini joystick, yet another innovative feature, so providing complete control over all movements from the tube side of the unit. The touchscreen user-interface layout can also be tailored to your preferences so that features not required can be removed and those needed added to provide a logical, relevant and user-friendly experience. This not only positions the display for your comfort but also helps eliminate glare from overhead lights. All functions of the examination can be controlled via the touchscreen with streamlined workflow and selection automation, including automatic exposure technique selection based upon RIS-codes delivered in the patient worklist, to ensure the minimum of user actions and time required to perform and complete the examination. 7 Height- and depth-adjustable The DelftDI Mobile DR s drive handle is immediately height- and reach-ad justable to customise the driving experience for every user and ensuring a comfortable and strain-free journey.

8 DelftDI Mobile DR DAP integrated inside the Collimator To maintain sleek lines and facilitate easy cleaning, the Dose Area Product (DAP) meter is installed inside the LED collimator. The DAP readout is displayed on the control console, is stored with the image and is transmitted to PACS in the DICOM header. As well as DAP the DR software displays and stores an IEC compliant Exposure Index. Joystick Drive Control from the Tube Assembly When positioning at the patient-side with the X-ray tube the user can easily adjust the position of the DelftDI Mobile DR in any direction using the small joystick provided. A duplicate joystick is also located on the opposite side of the unit near the control panel. Include a Tablet for RIS Connectivity as well A quick-release fixing at the tube assembly allows an optional tablet to be secured for convenient RIS connectivity. Connection to RIS enables study ordering from the DelftDI Mobile DR when already out and about in the hospital and a newly requested patient is not present on the Patient Worklist. The Worklist saves manually inputting patient details into the DelftDI Mobile DR and ensures patient data accuracy with no accidental duplication. 9 Tablet Option In urgent cases when you are called to a patient and the patient is not already been scheduled on the patient worklist, the optional tablet allows you to create the study order on the RIS which will in turn include the new patient on the Patient Worklist. The Worklist is automatically downloaded to the DelftDI Mobile DR when either in range of a Wi-Fi access point or when connected by cable to a network point in the hospital. A handy hidden storage compartment, located beneath the 17 touchscreen user-interface when folded for transport, both protects the tablet when not in use and keeps it out of sight for security purposes.
