Now, what makes our opportunity so attractive is that we market services people use every single day. I m sure that you ve made a phone call, watched television, turned on a light, taken a hot shower, and used a debit or credit card within the last 24 hours. The deregulation of the utilities and telecommunications industries, as well as opportunities in banking, has created an opportunity where alternative companies can market services that have been held hostage by banks and monopolies forever. Before ACN, I knew nothing about deregulation. Today, I understand that it means choices and opportunities. The government steps in and breaks up monopolies. Whenever several companies offer the same products and services, to attract our business, they must lower their prices. So, we help people save money on the services they use every day. The second thing that deregulation creates is a financial opportunity; one never before seen in all of international business! The billions and trillions of dollars generated in these industries annually will change hands over the next several years, this wealth will move into the hands of the companies that get positioned RIGHT NOW! And, that is where ACN comes in. I am sure you are aware that in business timing is everything. ACN has been in business since We ve gone from a no name company to over a half a billion dollars in annual revenues. We ve also partnered with Direct TV, Dish Network AT&T U-Verse, as well as Verizon Fios; which allows us to provide our customers with savings over their cable company, free installation, and extensive programming options! Imagine making

We ve also partnered with ADT Home Security and Vivint; people want to secure their valuables, so you can cause them to feel safe and get paid when they lock their doors. What is truly exciting, is that due to the deregulation of Energy, we can now get paid when people pay their gas and electricity bills! Energy represents 600 Billion in annual revenues, and is expected to triple over the next decade! So, imagine getting paid when people turn on a light, warm their homes, and take hot showers! By cutting out the middle-man, we can offer our customers great rates on the services they are going to pay anyway, and the representative makes money month after month, year after year. To accomplish this, ACN will provide you with your very own personalized website! It s an online store that will allow you to direct your contacts to your storefront, and get great deals on services that they will use and pay for every 30 days! If there was a website where you could go to get great deals on your household services, would you go to that site? Would you tell people about the site? So, we re going to shift gears right now. We re going to talk about how you can be paid in our company. There are several ways people make money in our society today. You have people who are hourly, people who are salary, there s commissionable income, and then there s residual income. My intent is not to insult anyone, but there s a problem with the first 3 ways that I mentioned that you could make money. They are linear incomes; meaning you trade time for money. Why is that a problem; you can make more money, but you can t make more time. So, as long as you are trading time for money it will be hard to ever get ahead in life. When I worked hourly, if I didn t go to work and punch in, I didn t get paid. And the second I punched out, I stopped getting paid. When I was salaried, I would put in 40, 60, or 80 hours per week, and the check looked the same. And when I worked on commission, I spent hours and days and sometimes make nothing at all. And when I made money, I lived in fear, because I was only as good as my last month or sale. However, with residual income, you do something one time and get paid over and over and over again. Before ACN, I scheduled my life around a job. However, with residual income, you can schedule work around your life, and that speaks to freedom and there is no way to place a price tag on your freedom. There are 3 ways in which ACN will pay you. Firstly, you get paid on the customers you personally sign up. You get paid up to 10%, month after month year after year!

3 The more customers you acquire the higher the percentage we will pay you. And because people are already using the services, you don t have to convince them that they need them. Imagine getting paid 10% on people s gas, electricity and cell phone bills! The second way ACN will pay you takes into consideration another wealth principle. This one was made famous by a billionaire named John Paul Getty. Mr. Getty stated that he d rather earn 1% of 100 people s efforts, as opposed to 100% of his own; because if he stopped working, 99% of the work would continue to get done. This is the basic wealth principle in our society today. To truly become successful, you must find a way to incorporate the efforts of other people. Getting paid on the efforts of others in ACN is called overriding residual income. We will pay you month after month, year after year as other people go out and acquire these customers. Do you believe that you know 2 people who are over-worked, underpaid, who need and opportunity. Or more importantly, 2 go-getters who wouldn t only want to be in on the ground floor of this company, but of industries that have thrown billions and trillions of dollars up for grabs for the 1 st time in history, and we can get as much of it as we want. If you were to introduce 2 people to the opportunity they would fall on your level 1. The power of this business lies in duplication. Those two are going to ask you, What do I need to do to succeed in this business? You tell them to find 2 people who would like a better quality of life. If they duplicated your efforts, that would give you 4 reps on level 2; if those 4 duplicated your efforts it would give you 8 reps on level 3. See, we build teams of people in our company; independent business owners who direct their contacts to their Online Store, and as their contacts sign up for services, you get paid on them every 30 days. And if this example duplicated 7 levels you d end up with 16 reps on your level 4, 32 on 5, 64 on 6 and 128 reps on your level 7. That would be 254 people building your income, designing your future, literally depositing money into your bank account. As I was listening to the information, it made sense to me to get paid when people pay their bills use credit and debit cards, but I wanted to know exactly how I would make money. So, they shared a simple example with me that I ll share with you. Let s say that your team members acquire 20 services each. Some do it in a week, 2 weeks, a month, and 2 months; there are no time frames or quotas, you work at your pace. And to show you just how practical the opportunity is, I want you to think of your household monthly utility bills; combine those bills. And, for the sake of this example, let s make the average bill $40. ACN will pay you up to 8% on that billing. If this simple example held true for you, it would generate in excess of $11,000/month! Now, let s imagine you got it half right; that would be an additional $5,500/ month that you could count on residually. And, let s say you got it 10% right, that would be an additional $1,100/month! I know most people would like to be wealthy, or experience financial freedom, but before financial freedom, comes financial relief, and there is no question with this opportunity we can create that relief. When you make a phone call, cook a hot meal, or turn on a light, typically do you stop and think that someone somewhere is making money? Or do you just hope they are

Because these industries have been regulated forever; monopolies have been in place, you don t stop to think that someone s getting wealthy. Well because of deregulation, that someone could now be you. However, if you were going to compete with the major monopolies in your area, what kind of money would you need to raise? I ll tell you, millions or billions, depending on what level you wanted to play on. Every decision regarding money, the company has a say in. Also, companies are laying off by the thousands. So, in the worse case scenario, consider this from the standpoint of it being a Plan B. It s not job security we seek, it s financial security; and there is a huge difference. As great as the opportunity sounded, I thought that I was too busy for something else. My friend asked me was I where I wanted to be in life? When I replied no, he told me there is a huge difference between being busy, and being productive. That made it clear to me that I was on a treadmill going nowhere fast. Besides, our business is tailor made for a busy person. Why, because you ll have over a thousand employees that work for you; who will track your organization and customer base, they will take care of the accounts payable and the accounts receivable, as well as all of the customer service. To make money, you must acquire 3 services; your services, and services of people you know. There are several earned positions. The first earned position is called Executive Team Trainer; to reach this position we will help to you introduce 2 people to the opportunity that acquire 3 services as well. As an ETT you can earn up to $3,000/ month! The next position is called Executive Team Leader where you can earn up to $7,000/month! And at our senior positions, you can earn up to $50k in monthly bonuses in addition to your residual income!
