We stress the word fully to differentiate ourselves from the alleged Made in Britain products which are actually manufactured overseas and simply re-packaged for sale in the UK. When we say Made in Britain, we mean it! NEW SILVERWOOD PRODUCTS Since our last consumer update, we have introduced over 20 new Silverwood products. We have listened to your comments and suggestions and watched sales trends to bring topical, in-demand products into the range. Game Pie tins (page 8) 2016 sees the launch of three new additions to our rgame Pie tin collection,which now includes:!!!!!!! 2 sizes of traditional, Oval Pie moulds; 2 sizes of Sliced Pie moulds; A set of 6 individual moulds set in a tray (the Simple Simon Set) A single individual mould (the Little John) A 5in diameter round Game Pie / Cheesecake mould An 8in diameter round Game Pie / Cheesecake mould An 8in diameter octagonal Game Pie / Cheesecake mould These moulds were originally developed during the Autumn of 2014 for a prizewinning pie maker who was approached by Fortnum & Mason for a range of traditional pies. Current tins were exorbitantly expensive and very hard to source, so he asked us whether we could help. Six weeks later, one of his pies, made in one of our new tins, was gracing the F&M Christmas window display! Our new tins are typically half the price of previously available products, and have a unique and practical design trick that makes perfect pies a realistic ambition for even novice bakers. Why not try a Boxing Day Leftover pie this year, with most of the ingredients already readily to hand?
