Connection : Step 1: Connect HDMI cable from source device to the input port of RC3D. Step 2: Connect HDMI cable from your 2D/3D HDTV (or 3D DLP Projector) to the output port of RC3D. Step 3: Connect DC 5V/1A power adaptor to the DC Jack of RC3D. Step 4: Connection finished. The power indication LED (red) will be lighted on. Note: The factory setting is in Bypass mode. (All Mode-Indication LEDs are off except BYPASS LED on.) Operation & Function description : Use either IR remote controller or MODE key on the main unit to select mode. Level of 3D effect can be adjusted. 3D format output: 3D Red/Cyan or Amber/Cyan. Mode 2: 2D Program to 3D HDTV When you want to convert 2D program into 3D effect and watch via 3DTV Use Shutter (or Polarized) glasses designed for 3D HDTV Level of 3D effect can be adjusted. 3D format output: 3D Side-by-Side (Half) NOTE: (1) Users need to wear an active Shutter (or a passive Polarized) glasses to watch 3D effect videos on 3D HDTV. (2) If the 3D HDTV requires an active shutter glasses for 3D viewing, please make sure the active shutter glasses can match with the 3D TV. (3)Ifthe 3D HDTV is a passive polarized 3D TV, please make sure the passive polarized

3 glasses can match with the 3D TV. (4)After converting, if you see two images (side-by-side) on TV, you will need to use TV remote control to select input 3D format (please refer to TV s manual), to make two images into one 3D image. Mode 3: 2D Program to 3D DLP Projector When you want to convert 2D program into 3D effect and watch via 3D DLP Projector Use Shutter glasses designed for 3D DLP Projector Level of 3D effect can be adjusted. 3D format output: 3D Frame Sequential (for 3D DLP Projector) Mode 4: 3D Program to 2D HDTV When you want to watch 3D program on 2D HDTV Use Red/Cyan or Amber/Cyan glasses to watch. 3D format input: Side-by-Side (Half) supported. 3D format output: 3D Red/Cyan or Amber/Cyan. NOTE: (1) When converting 3D programs, please make sure the original 3D program is side-by-side (Half) format. (2) Other 3D format (Frame Packing, Top-and-bottom) will be supported in next generation box. (3) Source Device (Player, STB, Receiver etc.) need be setted 16:9. Mode 5: 3D Program to 3D DLP Projector When you want to watch 3D program on 3D DLP Projector (Note: Please make sure 3D function of 3D DLP Projector is ON.) Use Shutter glasses designed for 3D DLP Projector 3D format Input: Side-by-Side (Half) and Frame Packing 720p (50/60fps) supported. 3D format output: 3D Frame Sequential (for 3D DLP Projector) NOTE: (1) Users need to wear Shutter glasses to watch 3D effect videos via 3D Ready DLP Projector. (2)When converting 3D programs, please make sure the original 3D program is side-by-side (Half) format. (3)3D Frame Packing 720p (50/60fps) can only be converted to 3D Frame Sequential (for 3D DLP Projector). (4)Other 3D format (Frame Packing, Top-and-bottom) will be supported in next generation box. (5)If apply to 3D DLP Projector and you feel the 3D effect is not good enough, the 3D glasses and the 3D DLP Projector may not synchronize the left and right image to eyes correctly. (Left eye should

4 see the left image; right eye should see the right image.) Please reset the power of the projector or 3D glasses or reconnect the HDMI cable to synchronize the signal. (6)Some 3D DLP projector can not support 1080p 3D video. The image will break off shortly sometimes. Please set the output resolution of source device (Player, STB, Receiver etc.) to 720P. Mode 6: Pass Input = Output, 2D/3D program will be passed through. There are three levels for selection. (Strong, Middle, Weak) "Stereo" buttons Users can adjust 3D effect under 2D to 3D conversion. There are seven effect for selection. ( Inward, Outward ) "RC/AC" buttons Users can adjust 3D anaglyphic color under mode1 and mode 4. There are two color for selection. (Red/Cyan, Amber/Cyan) Power button:

5 Power down the main unit when pressing. Main Unit Operation: MODE button: For mode selection If you want to change each mode manually, you can press MODE button. A LED will be lighted on for the selected mode. 3D-Effect button: For 3D effect level adjustment Only functions under 2D to 3D conversion There are seven levels for selection. (Inward/Outward, Strong, Middle, Weak) The procedure is a cyclic function: Functions Tables: (RC/AC=Red/Cyan,Amber/Cyan; SBS-H=side by side half; FS=Frame Sequentia) Which glasses can be used, depend on which display device you selected. Please close TV's sharpness when image ghosting. Suggestion no glass and using static image when 3D Depth be adjusted. Watching 3D program may affect children s visual development, especially for children under 5 years old. 4. It may harm your vision when watching 3D program too close or for a long time. 5. Itis adults responsibility to take good care of their children. Remind children to take rest when watching 3D program for a while is necessary. 6. Do not use Red/Cyan or Amber/Cyan glasses when driving. Please use Red/Cyan or Amber/Cyan glasses when watching 3D program only. Cautions of RC3D: 1. Be away from water, heavy moisture and high temperature. 2. Be away from devices that transmit strong magnetic signal. 3. Don't touch the box by wet hands. It may cause electric chock. 4. Do not use chemical solvent to clean this box. 5. Only use the original power adaptor from us. 6. Any problem, please contact your local dealer.
