12 Our Benefits UK Based Salaried Staff Benefit Detail Additional Info Base Pay Salaries are payable monthly, in arrears C grade pay increases: Guaranteed 50% of the negotiated increase and balance on an individual pay for performance basis Review period April to March, effective 1 November Individual Performance Payment (IPP) D grade pay increases: Based on performance, but with a minimum of 50% of pot Review period April to March, effective 1 July Annual payment Depends on individual performance Review period April to March, payable in June 1560 target amount for C grade 3000 target amount for D grade
