2 Dashboard Real-time monitoring of key measures Advanced visualization capabilities Complete view across all functions Visualizing Information Here you can visualize high level data through a variety of charts and graphs. Booking Forecast From Sales Management. This view allows you to see opportunities by sales person based on a specific probability range. For example you may use this chart when you want to see opportunities by sales person with only a 75% or higher probability. Booking Forecast for SP From Sales Management. Now you can view the forecast for one salesperson at a time. Executive: Top 10, 15, 20 Salespeople This shows Sales (Invoices) YTD Top 10, 15, 20 Vendors -This shows Sales (Invoices) YTD Top 10, 15, 20 Customers - This shows Sales (Invoices) YTD Executive Customers -Sales, Bookings, Backlog, and Sales Management Quotas, Potential & Weighted Forecasts data. You can view the data by current year, current month, last year, or last month. You also have the ability to compress data by Customer Groups if you choose. This view provides you with a quick snap shot of how your top Customers are doing. Executive Sales People - Sales, Bookings, Backlog, and Sales Management Quotas, Potential & Weighted Forecasts data. You can view the data by current year, current month, last year, or last month. You also have the ability to compress data sales teams and sale groups if you choose. This view provides you with a quick snap shot of how your top Sales people are doing. Executive Vendors - This view allows you to look at top 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 or all vendor sales for this year, last year, this month, or last month. Financial - The AR Aging chart shows current AR Aging. While the Outstanding Invoice Total by $ Amount shows the $ amount of unpaid invoices. Line Sls Cd (Co/Header Cd) - This view allows you to see the top line sales code Sales and Bookings by company and by header sales code. When the view opens, only Sales (Invoices) are displayed. Simply change the Data Type to Bookings to see the line sales codes that have been booked. You may view only new bookings or all types of bookings. Line Sls Cd (Loc/Customer) - This view allows you to see the top line sales code sales and bookings by location code and by customer. When the view opens, only Sales (Invoices) are displayed. Simply change the Data Type to Bookings to see the line sales codes that have been booked. You may view only new bookings or all types of bookings. Line Sls Code Metrics - To use this view, you must select two line sales codes, such as furniture and installation. Once you press Analyze, you can see how the lines sales codes compare to each other over a month by month period. There is a chart for Bookings and one for Sales (Invoices). Sales Comparisons - This view allows you to view last year vs. current year sales and bookings by customer as well as by vendor for a specific salesperson. Customers may be displayed as individual customer numbers or customer groups. You can drill down to the Invoice, Bookings, and Invoice Line Sales Codes views from this Dashboard.

3 Sales Management Forward View - For those of you that use the Sales Management module, this view displays open opportunities by company, month, salesperson, and customer. Sales People The Top 10 Salespeople pie chart shows Sales (Invoices), while the All Salespeople Sales chart shows Sales (Invoices). TDX This view shows top Customer, Employee, Project hours and hours billed from TDX. Transactions - This view includes the Transactions pivot table. Several graphs have also been created to display monthly Sales and Bookings as well as Last Year and Current Year comparisons. This dashboard drills down into Invoices and Bookings views. Analysis Summarized views of major business elements Slice and dice on-the-fly Combines several reports into single views Exploring Data Here you may Hide, Show, or select a specific filter or combination of filters. You may also select any date range to view you data by. Analysis views give you counts, metrics, and total sell, list, cost amounts. This is where you can answer questions about how many or how much. Views: AP Inquiry The AP Inquiry view displays detailed information about Paid and Open Vendor invoices, by Vendor. This view provides you with Days to Pay and Days Open information. Now you can easily see how long it is taking AP to pay vendor invoices for a selected time period! AR Aging This shows current AR aging by Company and Customer. AR Inquiry The AR Inquiry view displays detailed information about Paid and Unpaid invoices, by Customer. This view provides you with Days Unpaid and Days Open information. Now you can see how long it is taking customers to pay their invoices for a selected time period! Backlog by Location This shows uninvoiced orders by Company, Customer and Location that were entered during the time period selected. Backlog by Salesperson This shows uninvoiced orders by Company, Customer, and Salesperson that were entered during the time period selected. Backlog Lines Sales Code - In this view you have the ability to look up uninvoiced orders by line sales code by customer, salesperson, location, header sales code, and much more. Bookings - This shows amount Booked by any selected filter and date range. *Added Order # to view. Booking Control Report This view shows the booked amount for any selected filter. It matches the Booking Control Report, which is different from the Booking Report in Hedberg. Booking Line Sales Code In this view you have the ability to look up booked orders by line sales code by customer, salesperson, location, header sales code, and much more.

4 Bookings for New Customers This view shows bookings only for customers entered in the Customer Master file in the selected date range. G/L Budget by FY This shows budget by FY, Account number, Location, Department and Period. G/L by Accounts This shows G/L by FY, Account number and Period. GSA Bookings This view displays booked (active or suspended) orders that contain the process codes WG, DG, DH, or IG. This view shows you the latest invoice date on the order to help you determine if the order has billed on not. You can sort by the Invoice Date column to see your GSA order backlog (uninvoiced orders). Inventory Cost - Operations view - This view gives you a summary of undelivered orders showing days in the warehouse by Salesperson, Customer, Team Manager, and Sales Group. Invoices - This shows Invoiced order totals by Company, Customer, Salesperson, and Header Sales Code. * Added Order # column to view. Invoice Line Sales Code This is a powerful view that allows you to look up invoiced orders by line sales code by customers, salespeople, locations, header sales codes, vendor, catalog code, special pricing quote, and much more. Invoices by State/Tax This shows the order amount already invoiced by state and the amount left to be invoiced. This is meant to help with payment of out of state sales tax. Invoices by Vendor This is an easy way to view sales by Vendor for sales people, customers, locations, head sales codes, you name it. Orders - This shows the # of Orders, by any selected filter and date range by Header Sales Code. Orders by State Tax This allows you to look at Sales Tax on orders by State (from the Ship To Address) to see if any tax codes have been incorrectly inputted before you invoice your customer. Order Performance This view shows the beginning Sell, Cost, and GP on the day the order was released and compares it to the current Sell, Cost, and GP. Only orders that are completely invoiced show in this report. Ordered by Vendor - This view acts as a bookings by vendor view for newly released orders. Projects This shows the # of projects from Hedberg Project Folder, by any selected filter and date range. Quotes - This shows the # of Quotes, by any selected filter and date range by Header Sales Code. Quote/ Order Summary This shows details of vendor, catalog information, special pricing quotes and more used on all quote and orders. Staff Activity This shows who is performing what activities by Audit ID. You can see metrics such as how many people are converting quotes to orders or how many orders one person has converted. Sales Management Opportunities by Booking Date This new view allows you to view information from Sales Management Opportunities, with multiple search dimensions based on booking date.

5 Sales Management Opportunities by Install Date This new view allows you to view information from Sales Management Opportunities, with multiple search dimensions based on install date. Sales Mgmt Journals This view allows you to track your sales force s journaling in Sales Management. TDX Invoice Overview This view shows Total Dollars invoiced in Time Dynamix by client and/or project. You can also select a Period and view billings by day, week, month, quarter, or year. TDX Staff Utilization This view shows Total Hours recorded by employee, department, activity, project and more. TDX Details by Project - This view shows the breakdown of billable and non billable hours with the bill rate and total billable amount from Time Dynamix. Inventory Cost - This view provides information about new product received in your warehouse such as the cost, the received date, as well as aging information. We have also added a carrying cost metric. This is the percentage of the total cost. Some dealers may find this useful in calculating a carrying cost for product that has remained in the warehouse over 30 days. Data Transactional views of major business elements Grid view showing key facets of data side-by-side Find the needle in the haystack Getting down to details Views: Ack Orders - This shows only orders where lines are acknowledged, but not received, ticketed, delivered, or invoiced. The purpose of this view is to show shipping/arrival information for orders not received. Actuals by Order/Project Resource Management View - This view shows you Actual hours and cost for orders and projects and you can filter by Job, Labor, and Cost Codes! You can also break out actuals by Employee!! Archived Orders This view allows you to find archived orders using a wide variety of search options. AR Aging Details - This shows current detailed account receivable aging by Company and Customer or Sales Person with order and invoice information. The date range can be changed to match any AR period. Backlog This was previously, the Uninvoiced Orders view. Here you can view shows uninvoiced orders, days open, amt. previously invoice and balance. Booking Details This view is different from the Analysis Bookings view because it shows each individual booking from the Booking Audit. If you want to see all new bookings, orders as well as lines, use this view. Here you may also view bookings by line sales code. Contacts - This view displays all "Customer" Contacts and their associated information. This information can be used for creating mailing lists, quickly accessing customers assigned to a specific Account Executive or creating a list of potential survey recipients. Customer Profitability This new view allows you to see the true cost of projects and orders. Now you can see the Sell and Cost from a project or order, alongside budget and actual information from Resource Management.

6 Customer Activity This view allows you to quickly find out who the salesperson is assigned to a customer or prospect. You can also find out what the latest activity is for a customer or prospect. You can also use this view to sort by the date the customer was added which tells you how many new customers there were in a selected time period. G/L by Journal Here we have added Journal Number to your G/L sales filters. G/L by Accounts/Loc/Dpt Here you have all filters except Journal Number. GSA Bookings The GSA view displays booked (active or suspended) orders that contain the process codes WG, DG, DH, or IG. This view shows you all of the lines on the GSA order with their catalog no. and process code. We have included latest Invoice Date and acknowledgement dates in this view, as well as PO suffix and Vendor. Inventory Cost - This view provides detailed line level information for new product received in your warehouse. This view offers many ways to search for received lines such as by Vendor, by Catalog Number, and by Process Code. Invoices - Here you have a wide variety of search by selections to view individual Invoices by. Invoices Lines Here you can view which lines on an order have invoiced in a given time period using a variety of search selections. You can also filter by credit memo reason code now. OIM The OIM view displays information from Open Issue Management. You have the ability to view both open and resolved issues. Orders - Here you have a wide variety of search by selections to view individual Orders. Order Lines (by Delivery Date) This view allows you to see all order lines that have been delivered and if they have been completely delivered and invoiced or not. Order/Quote Lines Here you can view vendor, catalog #, Inventory numbers, UNSPSC description, line status and more at the Quote or Order level. This view shows unreleased and active orders. Order/Quote Lines ( you Create) This version of the view allows you to build your own report by starting with a clean slate and using the Customize filters to create your own quote or order report. Proforma Invoices Here you can look up Proforma Invoices. Projects Here you have a wide variety of search by selections to view Projects. You can even see the quote and order numbers that make them up. Quotes Here you have a wide variety of search by selections to view individual unconverted Quotes by Customer, Salesperson and much more. Staff Activity Here you can see detailed audit trail information such as what order, what date, was there a booking change or miscellaneous charge change. Sales Management Opportunities by Booking Date Provides you with all standard information within each opportunity. Opportunities can be filtered on multiple levels based on booking date field.

7 Sales Management Opportunities by Install Date - Provides you with all standard information within each opportunity. Opportunities can be filtered on multiple levels based on install date field. TDX Invoice Overview This view shows you the amount of hours that have been invoiced through TDX in Hedberg. TDX Staff Utilization - This view provides a very detailed view of all billable and non-billable hours entered into TDX. This information can be sorted by client, employee, activity and much more. User Rights This new view allows you to see what groups and individual rights are assigned to Hedberg Users. You can also see which right is part of a group and which right is not. You will finally be able to manage your Hedberg user rights! Report Tab: These report can be set up so that a subscription automatically s the report to anyone s inbox in your company at any interval you choose! These report can be formatted to look like current company metrics or current customer custom invoices or reports. Flash Report This new report is located under the Reports tab next to the Data tab. The Flash Report provides you with a health check of your sales pipeline Backlog, Sales (yesterday, MTD, and YTD), and Bookings (yesterday, MTD, and YTD). This report also allows you to see Bookings over $50,000 within the last 7 days as well as order with Cost, over $2,000 with no sell. You have the ability to adjust the $50,000 and $2,000 limits. We have also added Sales by State to this report.
