The organiser reserves the right to cancel any entries or classes and to change the programme at their discretion. 2. Any competitor will be disqualified for dangerous riding or misuse of whips or spurs. 3. The judges decision is final. 4. Objections must be lodged with the secretary with a 20 deposit (refundable if proven) within 15 minutes of the class closing. 5. All entry fees are non refundable, unless a vets certificate is presented before the commencement of the class. 6. The organisers, or anyone acting on their behalf, shall not be liable for any accident, damage, theft or injury to persons attending the event or to animals or property however caused. All persons competing do so entirely at their own risk. The submission of an entry will be deemed to include acceptance of these conditions. 7. Prizes- Prize Money: 1-8 competitors 1 st Prize, 9 15 competitors 1 st & 2 nd Prize, st, 2 nd, & 3 rd Prize. 8. Special Prizes (Classes SP1-5) will be awarded by the organiser, the decision of the organiser is final. 9. Boots, Bandages, Coloured Saddle Cloths, Glitter, Quarter marks and general beautification of horses is permitted in all classes & positively encouraged. 10. Bridles and bits in accordance with BD Rules. 11. No Lungeing Dressage Tests: All tests can be obtained from British Dressage Freestyle tests will all be in a long arena with the exception of the Walk Trot test All music must be provided on a cd format, and it is the responsibility of the rider to ensure quality. Required elements of the walk trot freestyle are listed below. Time of test 4mins - 4mins.30secs. Arena 20m x 40m TECHNICAL MARKS COMPULSORY MOVEMENTS Max 1. Halt at beginning and end of the test on centre line 10 marks 2. Medium walk on left rein to include a 10m diameter circle left 10 marks 3. Medium walk on right rein to include a 10m diameter circle right 10 marks 4. Free walk, minimum 20 consecutive metres 10 marks 5. Working trot left including a circle left 20m and/or 10m diameter 10 marks 6. Working trot right including a circle right 20m and/or 10m diameter 10 marks 7. Three or four equal loops serpentine in working trot to the long sides of the arena, starting at A or C and finishing at C or A 10 marks 8. Show at least 3 consecutive medium trot strides 10 marks 9. Transitions within and between paces 10 marks Total for technical execution 90 Marks ARTISTIC MARKS 1.Rhythm, energy and suppleness 10 marks
