Any such changes will be notified on the starting lists. Competitors: General Condition according to the regulations of the AADT 2016, the actually FEI general regulations and the actually FEI Rules for the Dressage Events. PRIZE- CLASSIFICATION Allocation of prizes will be in the AADT as follows: In the Cat. A and L allocation of prizes will be on the basis of 33 percent of the participants per competition( 33% of the participants will be placed). In the Cat M and S allocation of prizes will be on the basis of 25 percent of the participants per competition( 25% of the participants will be placed). 3

4 4 After each competition will be held the award ceremony with the leading 3 riders on horses. They will receive honorary prizes and ribbons. The rest of the placed participants must be attend to the award ceremony in riding habit, walking, they will receive the ribbons. THE AWARD CEREMONY AT THE END OF THE AADT QUALIFIER IN LIPICA ON SUNDAY( the best sum of the AADT results on Friday, Saturday and Sunday).The first three placed riders from each AADT Category must attend the ceremony in the riding habit, walking.they will receive from organizer the prizes in kind. COMPETITIONS OPEN: In the all competitions open allocation of prizes will be on the basis of 25 percent of the participants per competition( 25% of the participants will be placed). After each competition will be held the award ceremony with the first 3 placed riders on horses,they will receive the honorary prizes and ribbons. The rest of the placed participants must be attend to the award ceremony in riding habit, walking, they will receive the ribbons. ENTRY FEE on competitor / horse for AADT Entry fee for competitor / horse for the AADT is to be paid on each AADT event 2016 on the couple in the accordance with the Rules AADT 2016: Category A Category L Category M and S 8,00 10,00 15,00 Entry fee and Starting fee Starting fee for every competition per horse and rider: 20,00 The fees are to be settled at the show office of AADT before leaving. Stabling The boxes and Electricity should be reserved by the Organizer, E mail events@lipica.org at the latest the Friday 30 th September 2016 After receipt the reservation, will be sent the organizer the invoice which is to be paid on the below account of Kobilarna Lipica. The advance payment for rent a horsebox ( 110,00); Tack box ( 90,00) and Electricity ( 50,00) is to be paid before Monday

We please you to give the approximately the time of arrival of the horses. Opening of stables on Thursday 13 rd October 2016 at 12:00 hrs. ( the tickets for shavings, hay and straw to buy in the show-office ). 6 6 The draw Competitors must declare your intention to participate in the AADT before draw. The competitors, taking part in a competition on Friday, must confirm the names of the horses till 18:00 hrs. on Thursday. The draw of the order will take place foreseen at hrs. in the show office with presence of the president of Grand Jury and a Chef of Equip of the each country and one competitor from each country. For the next competitions, the draw of the order will take place at 18:00 hrs. on Friday for Saturday and on Saturday for Sunday. Competitors must give the declarations the names of the horses till 18:00 hrs. Start list should be ready at 21:00 hrs. Steward Mr. Vital Trdan (SLO) Veterinarian All horses must have valid FEI passports or IDE documents: 6 IAK- Coggins test, not more than one year before arrival to Lipica. Vaccination against equine influenza; date, (brand) name of the vaccine and serial number, not more than 6 months ( +21 days) before arrival to Lipica in accordance with the rules FEI. Veterinarian documents to be submitted in the Stud Farm Lipica at the arrival in the stables. Parking Cars, trailers and truck park next to competitions stables.
