Affordable Housing Connections is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that has served the housing industry since AHC provides due diligence reviews and compliance reports to local governments and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation for over 10,000 apartment units in Minnesota, which are occupied by low and moderateincome renters. AHC also provides training and technical assistance to owners and property managers on a variety of programs used to develop income or rent restricted housing, including Sec 42 low income housing tax credits, HUD HOME funds, and the FDIC affordable housing program.
