2 A few words from Daniel Hi My name is Daniel Pirrone-Cook and I would like to thank you for your interest in a Temptations Franchise. I grew up in my family s Shop in Melbourne called Uncle Leos. Everyday I would be in the restaurant helping out either at the front of store or in the kitchen. My father taught me all the traditional pizza making skills and how to run the business. Belinda first moved to the Gold Coast in 2012 and brought with her many years of experience in the hospitality industry managing restaurants and cafes. Together we decided to open up our very own pizza shop in Upper Coomera on the Gold Coast to bring the authentic Melbourne taste to the Gold Coast. Temptations officially opened its doors in 2014 and it was a success from the start. We have a strong client base who order our delicious authentic Italian food on a regular basis. We have some unique menu items which resonate well with our clients. We have built strong relationships within our local community and we offer catering services for a range of events. Demand is strong and so we are now looking for like-minded people to help transform Temptations into a nationwide brand. This franchise information kit is designed to provide you with everything you need to know about our business so that you can make a considered decision about joining our team. Temptations Franchise was founded in 2014 in Upper Coomera in Queensland by Daniel Pirrone-Cook and Belinda Karcoushkas. The concept behind it was to create delicious tasting, authentic Italian food on the Gold Coast. Having grown up in Melbourne, arguably the Italian food capital of Australia we wanted to bring this genuine taste experience to the Gold Coast. While called Temptations our menu is actually quite extensive. In addition to traditional pizzas, we also offer pastas, risotto, pork ribs chicken wings, salads, chicken parmigiana and garlic bread. Our point of difference is our delicious dessert pizzas that include Rocky Road, Cookies and Cream Cheesecake, Apple Crumble and many more. We also have a unique style of pizzas that come under our temptation range which include nacho, spaghetti bolognese and carbonara pizza just to mention a few.
