1 Concert (28) Beautiful City - Godspell Ballad Idea: Each performer will create a costume from their closet representing an Urban Hipster out on the town - so dress nice like you are going to a nice concert or the theatre. Please pick darker colors like navy, burgundy, mustard, gray, denim, and army green. Ideas: light jackets, guys in blazers, light scarves, skater skirts, leggings, dresses, dark jeans, hoodies, flannels, boots, layers.. NO RIPS in jeans. 2 Concert (28) Come On Everybody & All Shook Up Dance Idea: Each performer will need a 50 s style costume. Some costume pieces will be provided. Each performer will be responsible for the following costume items: Shoe Boys Black laced dress shoe or black converse Girls Saddle shoes, made by coloring black the center section of Keds" type shoe. (Will show example.) 4 Crusader (30) Pure Imagination - Charlie and the Chocolate Factory Idea: Each performer will create a costume around the Gene Wilder WIlly Wonka Colors - Khaki, lavender, purple. You can mix Solids or purple plaids, purple polka dots, khaki bow ties or ties. Each performer will be responsible for the following costume items: Boys Girls Shoe black black flat Sock white white Pants/Skirt khaki khaki Belt black black flat Shirt Dark purple or lavender shirt or sweater. 5 MS ( 32) Can You Feel a Brand New Day - Wiz Idea: This costume should be a little bit silly, colorful, creative, and Munchkin like! MS colors are red, orange, or yellow. Each performer should create a head to toe costume in primarily these 3 colors. Make sure each color is represented. This costume should include a shirt, pants, knickers or skirt or dress with leggings, belt, fun socks, & matching shoes. Mix and match plaids, stripes, solids, polka dots, tulle, and patterns. **Don t forget about fun socks and matching shoes! **Hair requirement for girls: Half up curled. Bows will be provided. REMINDER: All girls must wear tank tops under costumes. **Go BIG! Have FUN! There are many fun ideas on Pinterest, search Munchkin costumes. *****There will also be the four Main Wiz Characters: Dorothy, Tin Man, Scare Crow, and Lion. These characters will be assigned. 8 We re All Made of Stars - Finding Neverland Idea: Each performer will create their costume by choosing one of the following: 1. What they want to be when they grow up (ex. teacher, police man, army doctor, business man, nurse, artist, mechanic) or 2. A fun career costume you have an idea for or 3. You already have this career costume in your house and want to reuse it (easy). Have fun and be creative! Use Pinterest or any costume warehouse for ideas and purchasing if needed. **Plan your costume all the way down to the shoes and socks! If your costume doesn t mandate a certain sock or shoe, please use a white sock and a clean white or black tennis shoe with laces. **Girls Hair requirement: Costume appropriate or half up curled. **Don t forget about accessories such as belts or hats. **Reminder: All girls must wear nude tank tops under costumes.

9 KCC/K (13) Kids - Bye Bye Birdie Idea: We are super excited about this costume! The kids are going to be darling. Each performer will create a costume to look like an old person! Girl Ideas: Hats, old fashioned, hair pulled back in high or low bun, gray wigs, Fur capes, scarf over the shoulders, broaches, pearls, fancy ruffle or silk bow tie, long skirts, polyester pants, cardigans, granny glasses All girls shoe requirement: Black Mary Jane s and white tights and have a tank top beneath costume All girl hair requirement: Hair pulled back in a bun (side curls) OR wig if you would like! Boy Ideas: Khaki, gray, black, or brown pants, suits, ties, white dress shirts, vests, cardigans, All boys shoe requirement: black or brown dress shoe with shoelaces and matching socks.
