If you require a site for your party, there is an additional $ 00 charge to use our Party Space, located at 153 W. 27 th St. Suite 208 (betw 6 th and 7 th Ave) Bricks 4 Kidz NYC is an independently owned franchise. 2 Bricks 4 Kidz Birthday Parties Celebrate your child s next birthday with a fun and novel LEGO party experience! The timeless fun of LEGO bricks is sure to be a crowd pleaser for boys and girls of all ages. We can customize a party perfect for your special birthday boy or girl. We offer a number of activities and challenges, including LEGO free play and model builds, matched to your child s age and abilities. Kick off the action with loads of colorful free-play bricks, then keep the momentum going with LEGO -based games and activities. Smiling faces, happy voices, and busy hands, these are the sights and sounds of a Bricks 4 Kidz party. Our parties include customized games, projects, and challenges, plus bricks galore to keep your little builders busy creating and having fun. A LEGO themed party is a great choice for a fun-filled event your child will always remember. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. Payment in full is due 10 days before party date. Cancellation Policy Cancellations for full refund (minus deposit) may be made up to 72 hours before date of party. Cancellations made within 72 hours of date of party will receive a 50% refund. 3 Bricks 4 Kidz NYC Deluxe Party Package: $550 This package includes a 90 minute LEGO party for up to 15 children ($15.00 each additional child) The price includes the following: Party Host Party invitations Thank you cards Lots of Games & Challenges Free Play Time with LEGO bricks Mini-figure Factory (each child creates their own custom minifigure and takes it home) Bricks 4 Kidz t-shirt for Birthday child (signed by all the kidz) Duplo for smaller children, if needed A la Carte Items Available: Cake with LEGO design: $150-$200 (depending on size/theme) Refreshments (water/juice): $5.00 per person Pizza (cheese or pepperoni): $10 per child, $15 per adult Plates/napkins/utensils: $30 Basic Goodie Bags (Bricks 4 Kidz pencil, temporary tattoos, stickers, and assorted candy) $8/child Mini-model add-on to Goodie Bags: $8.00/child *You are welcome to provide your own cake, refreshments, pizza, and goodie bags 3

Additional $200 charge for use of the B4K Learning Center at 27th St. The balance is due two weeks before the event date. Any additional costs must be paid via cash or credit card on the day of event (e.g. additional # of children, providing party supplies and or birthday cake). Cancellation by Responsible Party will result in forfeiture of deposit. In the event of postponement of the party and/or contract by the client, the deposit paid may be applied to a new party date, within one year from cancellation date.
