2 Maplelea Birthday Parties Bring your friends and their dolls to the Maplelea Activity Room for a fun-filled Birthday! Party A: Deluxe Birthday Party: Maplelea provides everything use of the decorated room and doll seats, the activities, the refreshments and lots of extras! Includes special presents for the Birthday Girl and doll- sized treats for all dolls. Party B: Fun- tastic Birthday Party: Maplelea provides the decorated room and the activities. You arrange the refreshments and extras! Party C: Room rental: Use our party room and doll seats, and bring your own party! For Party A or B, in add you may choose ONE of the following activities: 1. Doll Care and Hair Styling: Our experts will teach guests how to do 3 basic to medium hair styles, based on the age of the group. Tips for hair care and doll care will be given throughout. Complimentary hair decoration for each doll and the use of a Maplelea doll brush at the party. 2. Craft Party: All materials and instruction included. Choose from one of our fabulous and fun crafts: see our website for some of the past craft events held at our store. Our staff will help you pick a great age- appropriate idea for your child and guests. 3. Dance Party: Led by one of our professionally trained dance instructors.

4 Notes: Timing: You will have the room for a full two hours. For A and B, the craft or activity and games will take approximately minutes. Allow 30 minutes for the cake. The additional time can be used for opening presents, using the photo booth, socializing, and saying thank- yous and good- byes. We suggest that your stated end time is at least 15 minutes before the end of the 2 hours to allow for timely departures. Of course you and your guests are welcome to spend time in the retail store before and after your party. Clean up: Garbage receptacles provided for your convenience. Adult supervision: For all parties, the birthday family must have one adult in attendance for every four children. Minimum of two adults for any party. Although Maplelea staff will be in attendance at the event and on the sales floor, the birthday family s adults are responsible for supervising the children at all times. Washrooms: The nearest washrooms are beside the Children s Place store, about 100 metres away. Children using the washroom will need to be accompanied by an adult from your group. Maplelea staff are not able to accompany children to the washroom. Ages: The activities we provide are suitable for children age 6 to 12. Children of other ages may be in attendance at the discretion of the birthday family, and are the responsibility of the family. Please note that Maplelea products are not safe for children under the age of 3 years due to small parts. Dolls: Guests should be encouraged to bring their own doll to the party as that is part of the fun. Any type of doll is welcome. A loaner doll can be provided to any child who does not have one, or who forgets to bring hers. Number of guests: You may have less than 8 guests, but the base price for Parties A and B is for up to and including 8 children. The exact number of guests, if over 8, must be confirmed one week prior to the party. The maximum number of people (adults and children) that can be in attendance in this Activity Room is 46. There is no price reduction for guests who do not show up. Please consider whether you want additional refreshments for your adult guests, as that is not included in the base price. Please note that alcohol is not permitted. Special dietary requirements: We are able to supply food and drinks that are Kosher and/or nut- free. Please advise of your needs at the time of reservation. Payment: 50% deposit at the time of reservation. The balance is due prior to the event. Available times: Monday to Friday: Any time between 10am and 9pm, except on Holidays and school PA days. Saturday: 10am to 12noon, or, 4pm to 6pm. Sunday: 11am to 1pm, or, 4pm to 6pm. School Holidays and PA days: Please inquire. All times are subject to availability.
