3 VELUX Dealer Extranet continues to provide our customers with instant access to all their account and order details online. Our customers can view and track their orders on a daily basis without having to contact VELUX direct. VELUX Dealer Extranet provides access to all of your order information. You can also view proof of deliveries and confirm delivery dates by directly accessing your order confirmations, view invoice details (depending on your accounting structure) and with our new V-Track service you can now view the status of your deliveries. VELUX Dealer Extranet now puts your account in your hands to access at any time. To locate or track one of your orders, click on Track one of my orders or click on All orders at the bottom left of the screen. 3
4 The below screen should now appear. VELUX Dealer Extranet allows you to search for your orders in a variety of different options. You can search for orders by the date which they were processed. Simply click on the red calendar viewer boxes as shown below and the calendar will appear on screen. Select the dates for which you would like VELUX Dealer Extranet to search and click Filter. 4
5 Dealer Extranet will then begin a search for all orders processed within those selected dates and provide the results at the bottom of the page as shown below. 5
6 You can also view orders by their current status. You can search for orders processed within a selected date which have been rejected, orders which are currently open; orders which are partially processed (this would be orders that have items still awaiting delivery), completed orders or you can leave the selection marked as all, and Dealer Extranet will provide data on all orders. Click on the drop down selection tab on the Order Status box and this will provide the above selections available. Choose which method you would like Dealer Extranet to search from and click Filter. The requested search will now provide a list of all orders within the selected order status and dates. 6
7 Should you wish to find an order for which a specific product was ordered, you can locate all orders for which said product was ordered on by inserting the VELUX product code into the search text. Enter the dates from which you would like Dealer Extranet to search from, ensuring that the order status is selected to all and then type in the VELUX product code you wish to search for in the search text as shown below and click Filter. Dealer Extranet will provide a list of orders which the selected VELUX product code were ordered. 7
8 After Dealer Extranet has processed your search you can now access the order. If the order you are searching for is not on the first page of listed results, depending on the dates which you entered to search, you can either enter more precise dates or you can search between the pages of results to try and locate the order. Once you have found the order you are looking for, click on the VELUX Order number to view the order details. 8
9 The View Order section will confirm to you the products ordered, quantity, price, delivery date, order numbers (both merchant & VELUX), current order status and the chance to track your order via the new V- Track application. 9
10 VELUX V-Track By clicking on the V-Track application, you now have access to track your delivery if it has been dispatched for the day shown on your order confirmation and you can also obtain a proof of delivery if your order status is complete. A copy of your VELUX delivery note will also be available from the documents link. V-Track will confirm details of your VELUX order as shown below. If the order has a completed status, you can obtain a proof of delivery for your order. Click on the lorry icon in the Track order field. 10
11 VELUX V-Track This will then automatically open up a link to the carrier website which delivered your order and provide you with a proof of delivery and option to download a signed copy. 11
12 VELUX V-Track V-Track also provides an application to download or print a copy of your VELUX delivery note or invoice. Click on the Documents link located on the left hand side of the screen. You should now see the below screen. Clicking on the pdf link will open a copy of the delivery note or your invoice. To return to the order confirmation screen, click on the Order Status link. 12
