It covers the manuals used and the operations of the travel industry. Students will learn how to plan, put together and sell domestic and international tour packages, calculate fares. Knowledge and skills in the use of Internet-based applications to enable the storage and processing of information on the Internet (cloud computing), electronic maps available on the Internet, as well as advanced features included in the program office. PREREQUISITES knowledge on the basis of tourism, geography, tourism, knowledge of the main features of the application of the package of office programs, the ability to search and use the resources of the Internet LEARNING OUTCOMES KNOWLEDGE: 1. (K_U0) is constructed based on the estimate of available software package, mail merge, rules, manage , and customer relationship 6.
