9 On the Issue of Pilot Program of the new Endowment Insurance System in the Rural Areas of China: To launch pilot program of social endowment insurance in the rural areas is an important mark of domestication of endowment insurance system in China which fully embodies the essential requirement of the socialism in more actively and positively seeking for equity and universal benefits. The pilot program of the new rural insurance has not only created the world wonder in expanding the coverage and promoting the leaping development in the rural areas of China but also showed the vitality and the superiority of the new endowment insurance with Chinese characteristics. Having made a summary of the progress effects and problems this paper further illustrates the new direction of this system and analyzed the main progress and orientation of the domestication of this system in China.
