4 ABOUT US We are travel enthusiasts who want to travel and explore the rest of the world. We are an off shoot of Jungle Travels India (JTI) which is the pioneer in the travel industry as it is the first to receive the IATA accreditation in the year 1996 in the entire Northeast India. Founded in 1989 by Ashish and Jahnabi Phookan, the idea behind Jungle Travels India was to bring guests into the jungles of the Northeast India. As their expertise grew they saw an up-rise of travelers from the native region who wanted to travel the rest of India and the world. This led to the birth of JTI Holidays.
