N. Collier Blvd. INCIDENT: Traffic Violation Notice to Appear An Officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 1100 Blk. of N. Collier Blvd. The driver, Adriana Araceli Sanchez, was cited for failing to obtain a Florida drivers license while employed and residing in the State of Florida. She was released at the scene on a Notice to Appear in Court Summons. DATE & TIME: 03/16/ :14:00 AM ARRESTED: Michael J. Howe, 19 / Possession of Alcoholic Beverage by Person under 21 LOCATION: 599 S. Collier Blvd. An Officer observed a subject that appeared to be under the age of twenty one consuming an alcoholic beverage in the vicinity of 599 S. Collier Blvd. Post investigation, the subject identified as Michael Howe was placed under arrest for possession of an alcoholic beverage under the age of twenty one. Collier Blvd. INCIDENT: Criminal Mischief It was reported that a vehicle was damaged while parked in a public lot in the vicinity of 1100 N. Collier Blvd. Investigation DATE & TIME: Between 03/19/ :00:00 PM and 03/20/ :15:00 AM LOCATION: Anglers Cove parking lot It was reported that someone took a mirror attached to a vehicle parked in the Anglers Cove parking lot. Estimated value of property stolen is approximately $ Investigation DATE & TIME: 03/20/ :49:33 PM ARRESTED: John Paul Beaufort, 41 / Burglary / Trespass / Possession of Controlled Substance / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia / Theft / Violation of Probation or Community Control LOCATION: Ship Court Officers responded to a burglary of a residence on Ship Court. It was reported that someone entered the home and took currency, firearms, jewelry and miscellaneous household items valued at $17, Following investigation, a subject identified as John Beaufort, was placed under arrest and charged with burglary, trespass, possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft, and violation of probation or community control. He was transported to the Collier County Jail Center. DATE & TIME: 03/21/ :00:00 PM

Collier Blvd. Investigation DATE & TIME: 03/21/ :09:00 PM ARRESTED: Kevin William Krumholz, 38 / DUI LOCATION: 600 Blk. Bald Eagle Drive An Officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 600 Blk. of Bald Eagle Drive. The driver, Kevin Krumholz, was placed under arrest for DUI and transported to the Collier County Jail Center. DATE & TIME: Between 03/23/ :45:00 PM and 03/24/ :15:00 AM LOCATION: Apataki Court INCIDENT: Attempted Vehicle Burglary It was reported that someone entered a vehicle parked at a residence on Apataki Court. The vehicle was ransacked, however nothing was taken. Investigation DATE & TIME: Between 03/23/ :00:00 AM and 03/24/ :00:00 AM LOCATION: 7130 N. Collier Blvd. INCIDENT: Criminal Mischief It was reported that someone damaged a lock and chain on a secured fence located at the City water treatment plant on Collier Blvd. Investigation DATE & TIME: Between 02/10/ :00:00 AM and 03/25/ :36:15 PM LOCATION: Stillwater Court It was reported that someone entered a vessel docked at a residence on Stillwater Court and took marine equipment valued at approximately $ Investigation DATE & TIME: 03/25/ :36:00 PM ARRESTED: Christopher Scarpa, 46 / Violation of Probation LOCATION: Marco Lake Drive An Officer responded to a residence on Marco Lake Drive regarding a subject wanted for an arrest warrant for violation of probation. The subject, Christopher Scarpa, was taken into custody and transported to the Collier County Jail Center. DATE & TIME: 03/27/ :08:34 ARRESTED: Leo Kane, 18 / Possession of Marijuana / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia / Possession of Controlled Substance Following an investigation of an incident that occurred on the beach in the vicinity of 400 S Collier, a subject identified as Leo Kane, was placed under arrest for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of controlled substance. He was transported to the Collier County Jail Center. DATE & TIME: 03/25/ :48:00 PM ARRESTED: Jordan Burnett, 19 / Possession of Alcoholic Beverage by Person Under 21
4 Zachary Frank Stute, 19 / Possession of Alcoholic Beverage by Person Under 21 While patrolling the beach in the vicinity of 400 S. Collier, two subjects identified as Jordan Burnett, and Zachary Stute were placed under arrest for possession of alcoholic beverages while under the age requirement of 21. Both subjects were transported to the Collier County Jail Center. DATE & TIME: 03/26/ :04:00 AM ARRESTED: Andrian Bogdan Costin, 31 / DUI LOCATION: 1400 Blk. Jamaica Road An Officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 1400 Blk. of Jamaica Road. The driver, Andrian Bogdan Costin, was placed under arrest for DUI, and for operating a motor vehicle without a valid drivers license. He was transported to the Collier County Jail Center. DATE & TIME: 03/26/ :00:00 PM INCIDENT: Battery It was reported that a subject was assaulted by unknown assailants on the beach in the area of 400 S. Collier. Incident remains under investigation. DATE & TIME: 03/27/ :05:00 AM LOCATION: San Marco Road INCIDENT: Criminal Mischief It was reported that several residential mailboxes were damaged on San Marco Road. Investigation DATE & TIME: Between 10/01/ :00:00 AM and 02/20/ :00:00 AM LOCATION: Magnolia Court It was reported that someone entered a residence on Magnolia Court and took jewelry valued at approximately $17, Investigation DATE & TIME: 03/28/ :10:12 PM ARRESTED: 15 year old juvenile While patrolling the beach in the vicinity of 400 S. Collier a juvenile was placed under arrest for possession of marijuana. The subject was released to their parents/guardian at the scene on a Notice to Appear in Court. DATE & TIME: 03/29/ :00:00 AM ARRESTED: Shad Alan Sandas, 31 / No Valid Drivers License LOCATION: San Marco Road and N. Barfield Drive An Officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the vicinity of San Marco Road and N. Barfield Drive. The driver, Shad Alan Sandas, was placed under arrest for operating a motor vehicle without a valid drivers license. He was transported to the Collier County Jail Center. Collier Blvd. It was reported that a purse was taken after mistakenly being left outside of a convenience store on S. Collier Blvd. Estimated value of loss is approximately $ Investigation DATE & TIME: 03/30/ :25:00 PM ARRESTED: Kevin Patrick Matheny, 20 / Possession of Marijuana / Possession of Controlled Substance. Beau Baylor Lake Haydon, 20 / Possession of Controlled Substance LOCATION: 899 Blk. N. Collier Blvd. Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the vicinity of 899 N. Collier Blvd. for a traffic violation. Following investigation the driver, Kevin Matheny, was placed under arrest for possession of marijuana, and possession of a controlled substance. The passenger, Beau Haydon, was placed under arrest for possession of controlled substance. Both subjects were transported to the Collier County Jail Center. DATE & TIME: 03/30/ :15:00 PM LOCATION: S. Collier Blvd. It was reported that several patrons left a restaurant located in the 500 Blk. of S. Collier Blvd. without paying for their service. Collier Blvd., Resort It was reported that jewelry valued at approximately $ was taken from a room at a resort in the 400 Blk. of S. Collier Blvd. Investigation DATE & TIME: 03/30/2013 between 12:00:00 PM and 02:00:00 PM LOCATION: Inlet Drive It was reported that someone entered a residence on Inlet Drive and took miscellaneous item. Estimated value of property stolen is unknown at this time. Investigation DATE & TIME: 04/01/ :10:00 AM ARRESTED: Patrick Durkin Flaherty, 17 / Aggravated Assault LOCATION: 899 Blk. of N. Collier Blvd., Restaurant Officers responded to a disturbance at a restaurant at 899 N. Collier Blvd. It was reported that a subject identified as Patrick Flaherty had threatened Tyler Blakemore with a knife. Following
6 an investigation, Patrick Flaherty was placed under arrest for aggravated assault and transported to the Collier County Jail Center.
