Center; 275 Beasley Drive; Versailles, KY Take Exit 68 off of the Bluegrass Parkway proceed 0.5 miles northbound on KY 33 to the stoplight intersection with KY 2113 (Falling Springs Blvd.) turn left (westbound) onto KY 2113 proceed 2.5 miles to the parking lot entrance on your left pool is around to the right as you enter the facility. FACILITIES 8 lane, 25 yard indoor pool with Kiefer lanelines; fully automatic timing; Water depth is 4 ft. at the turn end of the pool to 12 ft. in depth at the starting block end of the pool as measure 1.0 meter to 5.0 meters from the end wall. FORMAT Timed finals age group meet open to USA Swimming registered athletes and teams: 10 &Under, 11-12, 13-14, and Open age divisions. Please utilize short course yard times when making entries. RULES Current USA Swimming & Kentucky Swimming rules will govern the meet. USA Swimming athlete members must be under the supervision of a USA Swimming member coach during warm-up, competition, and warmdown. Swimmers participating under the provisions of or USA Swimming s open border policy must be under the supervision of their coach or a USA Swimming member coach. Coaches who are entering swimmers but will not be at the meet should arrange ahead of time for another coach to supervise their athletes. Swimmers unaccompanied by their coaches or for whom arrangements have not been made must contact the Meet Director or Meet Referee who will assist the athlete in finding coach supervision Any USA SWIMMING swimmer entered in the meet must be certified by a USA Swimming member-coach as being proficient in performing a racing start or must start each race from within the water. When unaccompanied by a member-coach, it is the responsibility of the swimmer or the swimmer s legal guardian to ensure compliance with this requirement. Swimmer s age on Oct. 1, 2016 will determine their age for the meet. Coaches must display their USA Swimming coaches credentials. Use of audio or visual recording devices, including a cell phone, is not permitted in changing areas, rest rooms or locker rooms. Changing into or out of swimsuits other than in locker rooms or other designate areas is not appropriate and is prohibited. ENTRIES Swimmers are limited to entering (5) individual events per day plus one(1) relay. If the entry is for more than five individual meet events, the entry chair will enter the swimmer in the first five listed for that day. Please make all entries in long-course meter times. Only electronic entries will be accepted (Hy-Tek or SDIF). Handwritten, telephoned, or faxed entries will not be accepted with the exception of the report sheet provided for utilization when entering swimmers with a disability. If the USA Swimming ID for any swimmer is omitted, that swimmer s entries will not be accepted.

Otherwise, please contact the entry chair in order to make arrangements to bring the summary sheet and check to the meet on Saturday. Payment for all fees must be arranged before swimmers can participate in the meet. LATE ENTRIES Late/deck entries will be accepted at the discretion of the meet director. No refunds for scratches. FEES $5.00 / Individual Event $2.50 per swimmer Kentucky Swimming LSC surcharge $2.50 facility surcharge Deck entry fee will be $10.00 per event if there is room available without adding additional heats. SCRATCHES WARM-UP AWARDS for the day to the scorer s table 45 minutes prior to the start of competition for each session. SAT AM: Warm-ups: 8:00 A.M. (gate will open at 7:00A.M.), Competition: 9:00 A.M.; SAT PM: Warm-ups not before 1:00 P.M.; Competition not before 2:00 P.M. All USA Swimming and Kentucky Swimming warm-up guidelines will be followed. Each team will be assigned a warm-up lane(s). Some lanes might have more than one team assigned. The coach(es) will control their own lanes for warm-up. ribbons will be awarded for first eighth place in individual events. Coaches are requested to take their team s ribbons with them at the conclusion of the meet. HOSPITALITY There will be a hospitality room open to coaches and officials throughout the meet. MEETINGS ADMISSION There could be a coaches meeting 15 minutes prior to the start of each day if needed. There will be an officials meeting 30 minutes prior to the start of each swimming session. Admission is $5.00 for the day with ages 10 and under free. Gate opens at 7:00 AM. HEAT SHEETS We will attempt to make heat sheets available to be downloaded from our website to mobile devices or to your computer to be printed ( in.pdf form. There will also be hard copies for sale at the meet. TIMERS FACILITY NOTES Competing teams are REQUESTED to assist by supplying lane timers. The number of timers REQUESTED will be based on the number of swimmers per team. Please convey the following information to your swimmers and parents: Radios, noisemakers or anything else that might be a distraction to swimmers, coaches, officials, workers or spectators are prohibited in the pool area. Walkie-talkies are prohibited inside the pool area as their use interferes with the headsets used by our officials. Flash photography is prohibited during the start of heats. Please clean up your area after each session.
