1 ORDERING When placing orders, please do so on a Northern Cabinet Door order form. Be sure to list exact sizes in 1/16 increments. Complete the address and ship to sections, along with phone and fax numbers. Orders may be placed anytime. We encourage our customers to fax all orders to help eliminate any mistakes often associated with phone orders. If an order is placed by phone, it will be read back and considered accurate. Any wrong sizes on a phone order will be considered customer error. The day after an order is placed, it is considered the first working day. For orders placed on Friday, Monday is considered the first working day. CREDIT POLICY Credit with Northern Cabinet Door will only be given after the following conditions have been met: We require a credit application filled out completely. Please include a tax exempt certificate if you do not wish to pay sales tax. Sales tax will not be refunded after invoice is completed. A number of orders have been paid C.O.D. with cashiers checks and a good working relationship has been built. If credit is approved, Northern Cabinet Door reserves the right to discontinue credit if problems arise. VOLUME ORDERS Discount available on single orders over 200 pcs - must be same species and profiles. 2

2 LEAD TIMES At Northern Cabinet Door our main focus is on customer satisfaction. We greatly value our regular customers and make every effort to keep our lead times as short as possible. Like our customers, we have our peak times when lead times may be extended by a few days. Please call our office for current lead times. SPECIALTY ITEMS Some items such as applied molding doors, raised panel ends, valances, etc. are considered specialty items and will require extended lead times. Please call our office, and if the order has not yet gone to production, it is usually possible to make changes. If the order has gone to production, your change or add on will be considered a separate order. SANDING All doors and drawer fronts that we manufacture are finish sanded to 180 grit, and though many times it may be possible to take our products directly to be finished, we recommend you finish sand product to your final standards to eliminate scuffs and wax marks that occur while handling and to achieve a much closer color match. 3

12 INVERTED CENTER PANELS Inverted panels are solid wood panels turned inward during door construction. This provides a flat panel effect but allows for a solid wood product. Panel thickness is 3/8. 13 CENTER PANEL ACCENT ROUTING INVERTED FLAT PANEL ACCENT ROUTING Raised panel is inverted so that the raised side is facing the back of door and the flat side faces front. The accent routing is then placed on flat side of panel. This achieves a flat panel look with a deeper and sharper looking accent groove. 24 TERMS AND CONDITIONS TOLERANCE: Please order exact door sizes. Our tolerance is (+/-) 1/16. TERMS OF SALE: No credit will be given before credit application is completed and approved. All invoices are due within 30 days of invoice. FINANCE CHARGES: A finance charge of 1 1/2%, or a minimum of $.50, will be assessed monthly on all invoices 30 days past due. RETURN CHECK CHARGE: There will be a $35.00 charge for all returned checks. SHIPPING & DELIVERY: Orders will be shipped best way by common carrier or picked up by the customer. Any questions regarding approximate shipping cost or carrier used can be answered by calling our office. PACKAGING: A fee of 5% of the total charge will be added to the invoice to help defray the cost of labor and materials used for shipping on applicable orders. All orders shipped by common carrier will automatically be packaged. LIMITED WARRANTY Northern Cabinet Door warrants all standard products for one year from date of shipment with the following exceptions: DOORS Over 24 wide or over 45 in height, will not be guaranteed against warpage. DRAWER FRONTS - Over 30 wide or 12 in height will not be guaranteed against warpage. RAISED PANEL DOORS Under 24 wide and 45 in height will be warranted against warpage over 1/4 inch. FRAME ONLY DOORS & FLAT PANEL DOORS Under 24 wide and 40 in height are warranted against warpage over 1/4 inch. Warranty covers replacement and shipping costs only.
