Door Style refers to the type and shape of panel. ie: 502VRP = Veneer Raised Panel with Cathedral Arch; 101RP = Solid Wood Raised Panel, Square. 2. Specie refers to type of wood (ie: Maple). 3. Edge Profile refers to the outside edge profile (ie: 6132). 4. Frame Profile refers to the profile on the inside side of the frame opposite from edge profile) (ie: 0131). 5. Panel Profile refers to the profile of the raised panel (ie: 6097). Five-Piece Drawer Fronts are priced as doors. Slab Drawer fronts are priced as 200 Series. Pricing is also organized around species which are separated in various BANDS, listed on each Price List. Rustic Grade: May contain open & closed knots, natural defects in wood, wide variations in color and grain. 20 DRAWER BOXES STANDARD DOVETAIL STYLE DRAWER BOXES Standard materials used for Dovetail style drawer boxes is 5/8 Aspen lumber with 6mm Birch Veneer bottoms. All with clear UV finish applied to interior and exterior of box. Box heights for this economically produced Dovetail box are limited to 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 only. Boxes can be ordered with Notch for under mount style drawer guides, with bottom placement being 1/2. Please specify Notch dimensions. STANDARD ECONOMY DRAWER BOXES Only material available is 15mm Birch Plywood for sides & 6mm Birch Veneer bottoms. Interior of boxes have clear finish applied, exteriors are not finished. Box joints are pocket screwed together. 21 ROLL-OUT SHELVING Transform the inside of your cabinet into a convenient sliding storage drawer. With Roll-Out Shelving, you can easily access all of the space in your cabinet by simply rolling it out. Supplied Assembled with Soft-Close Hardware and Drawer Box. 1. Empty the base of cabinet, where the unit is to be installed. 2. Place the unit in the base of the cabinet, aligning the bottom with the lip or front of the cabinet& centered with the cabinet width. Be sure the cabinet door will close completely. 3. Keep the unit in the desired position & roll the drawer out far enough to access the rear mounting brackets. Fasten the base of the unit to your cabinet bottom with the provided screws, through the center hole in the rear bracket. 4. Roll the drawer all of the way out to access the front mounting brackets & fasten with the provided screws, as in step 3. Make sure the unit is secure & operating correctly before loading your Roll-Out shelf with your goods. Page 20

22 FINISHING Pre-finished options include: Natural/Clear Finish, Stained, Glazed, and Primed Paint Grade. Lacquer used on our pre-finished components yields a satin finish, approx 15 degree sheen. Primed finish will accept your final coat of Paint including Latex, Oil-Based, or Solvent-Based. Our pre-finish stain options include any wood stain offered by Minwax. If stain color is critical, we recommend customer supply us with a stained sample to guide us during the stain application. While every reasonable effort will be made to match the supplied sample or selected Minwax stain, we will not be liable for rejection due to results from stain finish, due to the natural properties of wood accepting stains. 23 HINGES & DRILLING PATTERNS HINGES & HINGE BORING Hinge boring service available. Soft Close or Compact hinges available (Stocking ½ overlay, Face Frame back plate). Our standard drilling for European style hinges is as follows: From end of door to center of cup hole: /80mm Doors over 40 /1016mm in length to be drilled for 3 hinges. Customer must specify Left or Right hand for Arched style doors Both of our stock Compact hinges are set up for 1/2 overlay and can be used on Face Frame or Frameless style cabinets. Salice Soft close hinge are available by special order. Other hinge overlay & applications are also available by special order and quoted at time of order. 26 WARANTY Arkansas Wood Doors (AWD) guarantees that all of its manufactured products will be supplied free from defect in workmanship and materials for one year from date of AWD invoice. Warp tolerance will be 1/8 /3mm from diagonal corners, size tolerance is +/-1/16 /2mm. Due to the inherent nature of wood, it is possible for contraction and or expansion to occur. This possible movement makes it necessary to set a joint tolerance for our miter style doors of +/- 1/32 /.8mm. Doors void of AWD warranty include: over 24 /610mm in width, over 40 /1016mm in length and supplied as a single panel, or manufactured out of AWD s standard procedure per customer s request. Naturally occurring characteristics in material such as mineral streaks, color, burls, grain patterns, etc are not considered defects. AWD shall not be held liable for improper storage, finishing, handling, assembling, or installation. AWD will only be liable for products ordered by the customer and will not be liable for additional costs incurred by the customer for finishing, installation, labor, etc to remove and/or install the new product. All claims must me made within 7 days of AWD invoice date. AWD may request defective product to be returned for inspection, if so AWD will arrange for carrier to collect product. Please re-package the item for safe shipment back to AWD. Upon our receipt and inspection AWD will issue a credit toward replacement. Replacement orders are processed and usually shipped within 3 days of notice. Freight Damage is not the responsibility of AWD. All freight companies require that customer inspect the delivered condition of all cartons/pallets prior to signing and accepting delivery. We recommend making the follow notation on each weigh bill presented by the carrier: SUBJECT TO FURTHER INSPECTION FOR POSSIBLE CONCEALED DAMAGE. From our experience, AWD recommends that you inspect each door within 24 hours of date of delivery and file claim immediately with carrier.
