3 The new reference for reac+ve digital inks for inkjet tex+le prin+ng. Specifically developed for tex+le printers to deliver colour consistency across both ploners & produc+on inkjet printers. The selected reac+ve dyes and chemistry of NeoREA TM formula+ons are suitable for the cellulosic fibres Co6on and Viscose as well as natural fabrics such as Silk. The NeoREA TM range is available in 8 colours to maximise the colour space and provide deep colour intensity to match analogue prin+ng output.

7 Inkjet prin+ng is only one key step in the tex+le prin+ng process. We recommend the following comprehensive processing program: 1. Fabric preparadon: Apply by padding the Alkali chemical formulaaon 2. Inkjet PrinDng: Print the design using a Wide format plocer or ProducAon inkjet machine 3. FixaDon: By steaming to bind the colour to the fibres 4. Washing off: EliminaAon of residual chemicals and colour

9 FixaDon* condi+ons: Co6on or Viscose steaming temperature 216 F/102 C* steaming +me 8-10 min* We recommend conduc+ng pre- produc+on industrial steaming or lab trials to determine the op+mal fixa+on parameters. In fact each individual fabric prepara+on can impact the fabric print quality and handle. 10 Washing off condi+ons: Co6on or Viscose: rinse for 5 min with cold water soap for F/98 C with classical detergent 1-5 g/l rinse for 3 the boil final rinse with warm/cold water ReacAve inks must be washed off to remove unfixed colour. We recommend the use of a standard texale washing- off line, but new equipment specifically designed for inkjet prinang can deliver very short process Ames. The inks are the consequence of many years of R&D effort and over 25 years of industrial experience in printed tex+les. NeoREA TM inks are suitable for most print heads found in wide- format ploners and industrial prin+ng machines, e.g. Epson DX4,DX5,DX7..,Kyocera, Ricoh G4/5, Seiko. The selec+on of the right range is simple, two ranges are provided to cover low viscosity and high viscosity inkjet printers. Colour is easily matched between both planorms.

On high quality conon materials and viscose, the colour intensity is superior by up to 15%*. 19 Simplified formula+on for fabric prepara+on Meridian has developed one product called «NR PrePa C» for Cellulosic Fibre to simplify the fabric prepara+on step. «NR PrePa C» must be added to the Alkali system (Urea, Soda Ash and Water) and mixed for a few minutes. The padding bath is then ready for use. Urea: g/l NR PrePa C 50 g/l Padding Bath Soda Ash:30-50 g/l H2O
