1 HEATING INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOLIDAY FARMHOUSE FEAST SERVES 4 OVEN / STOVE TOP METHOD Timing Your Holiday Farmhouse Feast Serves 4 1 P.M SERVING TIME 6 P.M. SERVING TIME 11:45 a.m. Preheat oven to 325 F and place turkey, mashed potatoes & stuffing into oven. 12:30 p.m. Turn oven down to warm setting, heat corn, green beans and gravy on stove top. 4:45 p.m. Preheat oven to 325 F and place turkey, mashed potatoes & stuffing into oven. 5:30 p.m. Turn oven down to warm setting, heat corn, green beans and gravy on stove top. All containers are not safe in conventional oven. If using conventional oven, first remove items from to go containers and transfer to oven proof dishes. Use caution when removing items from conventional oven, as they will be hot. Conventional Oven for Oven Roasted Turkey Breast (Turkey is fully cooked) 2. Place turkey into the ½ size foil pan provided with your feast; add ½ cup cold tap water. 3. Cover ½ size foil pan with aluminum foil and place onto a cookie sheet. 4. Place turkey into preheated oven, heat for 45 minutes (remove turkey from oven, internal temperature should be 160 F. Conventional Oven for Ham (Ham is fully cooked) 2. Transfer ham into ½ size foil pan, shingle slices to ensure even heating. 3. Cover ½ size foil pan with aluminum foil and place onto a cookie sheet. 4. Place pan into preheated oven, heat for 25 minutes. 5. Remove ham from oven; remove foil from pan and place ham back into oven uncovered. 6. Heat ham an additional minutes; remove ham from oven, internal temperature should be160 F. Conventional Oven for Pot Roast with Sliced Onions (Pot Roast is fully cooked) 2. Transfer pot roast into ½ size foil pan, evenly spread the pot roast to ensure even heating. 3. Cover ½ size foil pan with aluminum foil and place onto a cookie sheet. 4. Place pan into preheated oven, heat for 25 minutes. 5. Remove pot roast from oven; remove foil from pan, stir pot roast and cover foil pan with aluminum foil and place pot roast back into oven. 6. 2 CONVENTIONAL OVEN Preheat to 325 F Mashed Potatoes 325 F Oven 1. Transfer potatoes to an oven proof dish and cover with foil. 2. Heat potatoes to 170 F internal temperature (Approimately 45 minutes). 3. Remove from oven and serve. Stuffing 325 F Oven 1. Transfer stuffing to an oven proof dish and cover with foil. 2. Heat stuffing to 170 F internal temperature (Approimately 45 minutes). 3. Remove from oven and serve. Buttered Corn Stove Top 1. Remove corn from to go container and place into a large sauce pan. 2. Add ½ cup cold tap water to corn in pan. 3. Place pan onto stove top. 4. Heat corn on medium high to 170 F internal temperature (Approimately 7 minutes), stirring often to ensure even heating. 5. Place in serving bowl and serve. Green Beans with Ham Stove Top 1. Remove green beans from to go container, and place into a large sauce pan. 2. Place pan onto stove top. 3. Heat green beans on medium high heat to 170 F internal temperature (Approimately 8 minutes), stirring often to ensure even heating. 4. Place in serving bowl and serve. Chicken Gravy Stove Top 1. Pour chicken gravy into a large sauce pan. 2. Place pan on stove top. 3. Heat chicken gravy on medium high heat to 170 F (Approimately 8 minutes), stirring often to prevent burning. 4. SERVING TIME 11:45 a.m. Preheat oven to 325 F and place turkey into oven. 12:00 p.m. Turn oven down to warm setting, heat mashers in microwave. 12:10 p.m. Heat stuffing in microwave. 12:20 p.m. Heat corn in microwave 12:30 p.m. Heat green beans in microwave 4:15 p.m. Preheat oven to 325 F and place turkey into oven. 5:00 p.m. Turn oven down to warm setting, heat mashers in microwave. 5:10 p.m. Heat stuffing in microwave. 5:20 p.m. Heat corn in microwave 5:30 p.m. Heat green beans in microwave 5:40 p.m. Heat gravy in microwave 12:40 p.m. Heat gravy in microwave. Place microwave containers onto a large round microwave safe plate, then heat in the microwave. Use caution when removing items from the microwave oven, as they will be hot. Paper containers are not safe to use in the microwave oven. MICROWAVE OVEN Broccoli 1. Place broccoli into a microwave safe bowl. 2. Place bowl into microwave, heat broccoli on high setting for 3 minutes. 4. Return bowl to microwave and heat to 170 F internal temperature (Approimately 3 minutes). Glazed Carrots (Pot Roast Meal) 1. Place glazed carrots into a microwave safe bowl. 2. Place bowl in microwave, heat carrots on high setting for 3 minutes. 4. Return bowl to microwave and heat to 170 F internal temperature (Approimately 3 minutes). Macaroni & Cheese (Add-On Option) 1. Place macaroni and cheese into a microwave safe bowl. 2. Place sealed container into microwave, heat macaroni & cheese on high setting for 3 minutes. 4. Return sealed container to microwave and heat to 170 F internal temperature (Approimately 3 minutes). Food Safety Tips All food items should be held refrigerated at 41 F or below until ready to heat; ecept pumpkin bread and dinner rolls which can be held at room temperature. Turkey & Ham come fully cooked. Heat to 160 F internal temperature. Pumpkin Pie & Pumpkin Bread are fully baked and ready to serve. Before handling any food products, always wash hands thoroughly with hot water and soap. When reheating food products, heat to the recommended internal temperatures then check by using an approved food thermometer. SERVING TIME 11 a.m. Preheat oven to 325 F and place turkey into oven. 11:30 a.m. Place mashed potatoes and stuffing into oven. 12:15 p.m. Heat corn, green beans and gravy on stove top. 12:30 p.m. Turn oven down to warm/lowest setting. 4 p.m. Preheat oven to 325 F and place turkey into oven. 4:30 p.m. Place mashed potatoes and stuffing into oven. 5:15 p.m. Heat corn, green beans and gravy on stove top. 5:30 p.m. Turn oven down to warm/lowest setting. Conventional Oven for Oven Roasted Turkey Breast (Turkey is fully cooked) 2. Remove turkey from plastic bag, pour any juices from bag into ½ size foil pan. 3. Place turkey into the ½ size foil pan provided with your feast. 4. Cover ½ size foil pan with aluminum foil and place onto a cookie sheet. 5. Place turkey into preheated oven, heat for 45 minutes. 6. Remove turkey from oven; remove foil from pan, place turkey back into oven uncovered. 7. Heat turkey an additional 45 minutes; remove turkey from oven, internal temperature should be 160 F. Conventional Oven for Ham (Ham is fully cooked) 2. Transfer ham into ½ size foil pan, shingle slices as noted in the picture, to ensure even heating. 3. Cover ½ size foil pan with aluminum foil and place onto a cookie sheet. 4. Place pan into preheated oven, heat for 35 minutes. 5. Remove ham from oven; remove foil from pan, place ham back into oven uncovered. 6. Heat ham an additional minutes; remove ham from oven, internal temperature should be 160 F. Conventional Oven for Pot Roast with Sliced Onions (Pot Roast is fully cooked) 2. Transfer pot roast into ½ size foil pan, evenly spread the pot roast to ensure even heating. 3. Cover ½ size foil pan with aluminum foil and place onto a cookie sheet. 4. Place pan into preheated oven, heat for 35 minutes. 5. Remove pot roast from oven; remove foil from pan, stir pot roast and cover foil pan with aluminum foil and place pot roast back into oven. 6. Heat pot roast an additional minutes; remove pot roast from oven, internal temperature should be 160 F. All containers are not for use in conventional oven.
