Introduction Training on Tally.ERP9 Admin Level training Training at data entry On the Job Tally Training Users will be trained on a live prototype Users will be the ones making the data entry on the system Implementation Support Implementation support begins at sign-off point. We are pleased to offer you one whole FREE month of support in which there will be: 1. Constant monitoring and follow up by our team to ensure that the system is running smoothly 2. Ensuring that respective users are being able to use the system efficiently as per the given training 3. Continuous assistance to the end user for any queries they may have via phone calls, s, remote intervention and even on-site intervention 4. Fine tuning of processes and responding to any additional demands of the customer Easynet will provide full cover for the client for one month. We will be involved in the project till the end to ensure that we have met our objectives and satisfied the client to the core. After the one month implementation support, the client will have the choice on whether or not to go for an Intervention plan or Annual Maintenance Cover.

9 Terms & conditions The development shall be done under the framework of Tally.ERP 9 only. Tally Introduction Training will be performed at Easy Net s Training Center. Selective On the Job User Training be performed at the client s site. The Client shall ensure that the Project Coordinator is 100% available as and when Easy Net staff visit your site and all necessary assistance is provided during the implementation of the project. The Client and EasyNet shall work for successful completion of the project, within the target days, by clients ensuring the verification of phased implementation, by key employees, and granting approvals of systems, reports & procedures The nominated Project Coordinator, who shall be in charge of coordination from the client s side and also shall be the de-facto administrator of the project on the completion of project. Out of Scope The project do not include Supply, Maintenance, or Problem Sorting of any Hardware or Network Systems The project do not include Integration with Third Party Software and Resolution of issues arising out of interfaces procured by the clients The project shall not include migration of software or data from/to the future versions of Tally The Project does not include data input of the Client s Data. The project do not include any future developments that are not listed, or enlisted but not brought to notice, before the completion of development and going live with the project All statutory modules are directly maintained by Tally India Pvt. Ltd. and are not within the purview of customizations.
