6 Terms and Conditions Directions to your hotel Directions by road - From the M1, M6/ A50 and M42/A42, pick up the A453 and follow signs for East Midlands Airport, East Midlands Airport hotel is just off the main road. We have 350 car parking spaces available for guests and non-residents at an additional charge. Directions by rail - East Midlands Parkway is just 4 miles by road from the hotel. Derby, Nottingham and Loughborough railway stations are all nearby. To make a booking When you have decided which event(s) you would like to attend, please contact our meetings and events team by telephoning. Alternatively, please us your enquiry. Provisional bookings must be followed by a deposit within 7 days. If no deposit is received within this time the booking will be released. For group bookings where the guests are paying for their own account, credit card details for each guest are required 1 week prior to arrival, any rooms not guaranteed by credit card will be released for general sale. The total balance outstanding is required 14 days prior to your event date. If the balance is not received by this date the booking will automatically be cancelled. Bookings made after the 16th November 2015 will be required to pay the full balance when booking. Cancellation policy Deposits, part payments and full payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. We recommend that you take out event insurance to cover you in the case of cancellation. Bedroom cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid full cancellation charges; cancellation prior to this will incur the loss of deposit. In the event of any event having to be cancelled by the hotel an alternative date will be offered or a full refund given without liability to the hotel.
