2 Maturity Fixed Rate Bond benefits Choose annua or monthy interest (monthy interest wi be paid into another Britannia or bank account of your choice). Opportunity to add to your matured savings when you transfer your baance. Account features Maximum baance of 1,000,000. No withdrawas or deposits can be made unti your account matures. Your account matures in either 1, 2 or 3 years and is then transferred to a Matured Bond Instant Access Account which wi pay interest at the same rate as the tiered variabe rate Maturity Saver (or equivaent). Can be opened as a joint account. Passbook-based account. These Bonds are imited issues and can be withdrawn without notice at any time. It s easy to reinvest your money We re here to make it simpe for you to transfer your funds to another Britannia Bond. Just compete the encosed Transfer Form and return it to us within seven days of the Maiing Date as detaied on the transfer form and we take care of everything. You aso need to provide Identification We don t usuay need to see any additiona identification if you have your bond maturity etter and passbook (if appicabe). However, if your passbook doesn t contain your signature we need an item from the Acceptabe forms of identification ist. Additiona payments If you d ike to add funds to your account by cheque, pease make the cheque payabe to yoursef as the account hoder. Aternativey make it payabe to Britannia re Your Name. Cheques made payabe ony to Britannia cannot be accepted. Transfer in branch or by post If you are transferring at one of our branches we may use eectronic verification to confirm your identity. However, pease bring aong origina forms of identification in case they re needed. If you are appying by post and sending identification, pease do not send origina versions of sensitive identification ike passports or driving icences as we are unabe to accept them. You may send us certified copies of sensitive identification which can be certified by someone in a position of responsibiity such as a bank officia, doctor, soicitor, teacher, pharmacist, councior, accountant and ministers of reigion, etc. The person certifying the identification shoud state This is a true copy of the origina document that I have seen and bears a ikeness to this document then sign the copy document and state their fu name, name of organisation they work for, profession, the date and either their fu business address or andine teephone number. Opening a joint account If you d ike to add names and open a joint account, no probem. Proof of name and address wi need to be provided. Additionay, if the appicant does not hod UK/EU nationaity, they may aso be asked to provide evidence of their right to reside in the UK. A we ask is that you et us know in writing within 14 days so that we can cose or transfer it to another. We return your money to you without charge and unti then, your savings wi earn interest as norma. If you paid by cash, we can t return it by post and if your payment was more than 500, we need two working days notice before you coect it in branch. Accounts may be hed by Trustees providing a separate Trustee Appication Form has been competed which is avaiabe from any branch. 3. Can be operated as a Joint Account.
