Uptake of the outcomes of the VEC conference into the UCCN. Noon 1.30 p.m. Outdoor lunch- rural meets urban Venue: Östersund Central square 1.30 p.m p.m. Creative field workshops Venue: Central Östersund Parallel meetings for each creative field (Crafts and Folk Art, Design, Film, Gastronomy, Literature, Media Arts, Music) in different venues in central Östersund. Brief introduction by the creative field s coordinator; Short cultural intervention from regional stakeholders; Introducing new members: presentation of 5 minutes from each new member; Best practises and main activities implemented at the local and international levels to operationalize the UCCN Mission Statement: examples of experience and substantial challenges in using creativity as a driver of sustainable urban development; Future prospects for cooperation towards the implementation of the 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda; Contribution of the members to the global management of the Network (calls for applications, Membership Monitoring exercises, fundraising initiatives, etc.); Selection of the new coordinator and/or deputy coordinator. During the Creative field meetings, a few regional stakeholders are invited as observers. The UCCN, a key partner for the implementation of the 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda; Report of the Steering Group on the conclusions of the Membership Monitoring Exercise and recommendations for the future. 10 a.m. 10:15 a.m. Coffee break - Inauguration of the exhibition of best practice Presentation of the Exhibition to showcase the UCCN s best practices enhancing sustainable development through creativity a.m. 11:45 a.m. Plenary session (continuation) Feedbacks from Creative Fields: Achievements and proposals of future actions; General debate: Opportunities and challenges in using creativity as a lever of sustainable urban development: prospects of future actions to strengthen international cooperation among UCCN cities as well as to implement the 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda at the local level a.m. 1 p.m. Indoor lunch in the exhibition area 1 p.m pm Transversal thematic workshops Venue: Conference Hall, Frösö Island Transversal thematic workshops, highlighting global topics and trends, covering core values of the UCCN, and fostering exchange and crosscultural cooperation. 1.
