Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare s Christian Mission, Motivation and. 2. A minimum of 5 years experience in an information systems discipline, including 2-3 years specifically supporting Salesforce systems 3. Significant practical experience in Salesforce administration and declarative development, including configuration, customisation, reports, dashboards, and workflow 4. Experience with DemandTools highly regarded 5. Demonstrated experience in specifying and implementing business applications 6. Significant practical experience in an end user support role 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 8. High level communication and interpersonal skills 9. Strong planning and organising skills with the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines 10. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail 11. Expert computer skills including end user device operating systems, applications, and device life cycle management systems 12. Salesforce professional certification (ADMIN 201, DEV 201, or Platform App Builder) highly regarded 13. Tertiary qualifications in information systems or a related discipline is desirable 14. 2 2. Context and Scope HammondCare is an independent Christian charity that exists to improve quality of life for people in need. We specialise in aged and dementia care, palliative care, rehabilitation, mental health services for older people, and other related health and aged care services. HammondCare seeks to embed evidence based best practice in its services and we provide these services through home care, subacute hospitals and residential aged care. Bringing these health, hospital and aged care services together, HammondCare has been able to develop innovative, flexible care models designed to serve people with complex health or aged care needs, regardless of their circumstances. Summary of Position To ensure that HammondCare gets the best value from its investment in business systems Configure and support the business applications upon which the business relies Working with the business in identifying and proposing application system changes, better uses, enhancements, reports and developments and liaising with appropriate vendors, users and the ICT Team Support and enable end-users including the review and amendment of data Ensure that there is provision of reliable quality data, Support system maintenance and the development of reports that can be used to realise the full value of the knowledge that is contained within the data held in each of the systems. Maintain high levels of effective communication and collaborative action with key ICT team members to ensure system operational viability Have a planned, managed and technically excellent strategy for managing the system demands 3. Key responsibilities Responsibilities Capability Outcomes 1.0 Applications Maintenance, availability and security Delivering Results Adapting Approaches Assist in review and maintain user access and process profiles and security levels Work with systems administrators and assist them in ensuring that: o applications are maintained at appropriate release levels o licensing of applications is maintained to ensure compliance o upgrades and changes are approved and thoroughly tested before going to production Support the system administrators in performing regular data

3 Responsibilities Capability Outcomes 2.0 Business Systems Empowerment Working Effectively with Others Delivering Results 3.0 Business Analytics Working Effectively with Others Delivering Results cleansing, maintenance and monitoring of applications Work with end users, operational managers, and ICT to gain optimised performance and usage of systems by surveying and analysing work methods, procedures, user requirements, options, possibilities and making recommendations Participate in multi-disciplinary project team; facilitate and assist in business analysis and requirements gathering Develop new features, enhancements and customisations for in-house managed (development) applications Conduct training for applications in conjunction with business owners Provide day to day support to end users and ensuring service desk tickets are logged Transfer application knowledge and associated documentation (including service plan and application procedures) to the ICT service desk to facilitate robust service support for new and upgraded applications Provide 2nd level support for complex application issues and coordinate and monitor the efforts of suppliers in dealing with business application requests Work with system owners to develop and/or maintain documentation for training and system support Assist Business Systems team in detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining systems capabilities and processes Assist business owners to interpret the information derived from reporting systems Assist business owners to interpret the information derived from reporting systems
