12 MEDWA Role of Women Women carry the heaviest load in agriculture Women are often not included in decision making processes and educational facilities Main problem: traditional division of roles in the society and lack of technical training Some initiatives of local NGOs, which aim at supporting and revaluating women Issue not considered a relevant strategic goal nor a priority topic
