(NFIB) MEMBER COMPANIES AND THEIR EMPLOYEES a $500 cash allwance t be applied tward the Business purchase (Type Sale B) r lease (Type Sale E) f an eligible vehicle fr day-t-day business use (Type Sale B r E). Althugh the vehicle is registered and titled in the name f an individual (i.e., member cmpany emplyee), Member Cmpanies and their emplyees are eligible fr On-The-Jb allwances). In NVDR, in the Business Name Field, input the individual s first and last name, fllwed by the wrds (NFIB EMPLOYEE). Nte: NFIB Member Cmpanies and emplyees that qualify as a Fleet (purchase (5) r mre in ne year r have a minimum f (15) vehicles in peratin) can btain a Fleet Accunt Number (FAN) by calling FLEET. Members that qualify as a Fleet can receive their chice f Retail Incentives r the Fleet Street Prgram plus receive the On-The-Jb incentive. Sale must be reprted as a Type 3 r 5. (Nte: Member s claiming Fleet/Retail Incentives and On-The-Jb (type sale 3/5) d nt qualify fr this $500 ffer). CUSTOMER ELIGIBILITY: 1) NFIB MEMBER COMPANIES & THEIR EMPLOYEES 40CFU5 / 40CFU6 (Type Sale B/E) Custmer must be currently emplyed by r be the wner f the NFIB Member cmpany. The fllwing dcumentatin will be prvided t the dealer: Print a Certificate with Member ID and Address frm Member Since date n the NFIB certificate must be 30 days prir t sale (transactin) date in rder t receive the Chrysler incentive and allwances. Same dcumentatin as required fr MEMBER COMPANY & THEIR EMPLOYEES (abve), establishing that the cmpany listed is a current NFIB member r an emplyee f NFIB Inc. Prf f residence in the same husehld as the eligible member. Driver s license f member emplyee Driver s license f husehld resident Natinal Federatin f Independent Businesses, Chapter and Natinal emplyees must prvide the fllwing dcumentatin: Prf f current emplyment by NFIB, Inc. (paystub r cmpany ID badge). Picture ID (driver s license and/r cmpany ID with pht Sales must be reprted as Type Sale 1 r L and are NOT cmpatible with any On-the-Jb prgrams. The incentive is nt transferable t anyne utside the riginal Member s husehld/address.

3 DEALER RESPONSIBILITY: It is the dealer's respnsibility t verify the custmer's eligibility based n the prf required. Dealer must retain prf f prgram eligibility dcumentatin utlined abve reference specific Custmer Eligibility. 1) MEMBER COMPANIES & THEIR EMPLOYEES NOTE: This is Type Sale B r E (40CFU5/40CFU6). The dealer must claim bth the Natinal Federatin f Independent Businesses Member Emplyee prgram cde AND the apprpriate On-The-Jb Cmmercial Allwance cde. Members f NFIB with required prf f membership fr 30 days prir t purchase r lease f an eligible vehicle are eligible fr a $500 cash allwance and ne f fur On-The-Jb prgram ptins. Date f Membership is nted n the prf f NFIB membership certificate. 2) SAME HOUSEHOLD as the EMPLOYEE f a MEMBER COMPANY / and NATIONAL FEDERATION OF INDEPENDENT BUSINESSES CHAPTER & NATIONAL EMPLOYEES i.e., Individuals residing in the same husehld AND emplyees f NFIB Inc. Fr member questins, the dealer may cntact NFIB Natinal directly at (1 800 NFIB NOW). The NFIB Custmer Service persn can prvide the apprpriate dcumentatin via if necessary. Hwever, it is imperative that required prf dcumentatin is attained at the time f sale and retained in the deal jacket. The ttal cnsumer incentive payment must be clearly shwn n the signed FINAL buyer s rder / purchase cntract r if a lease, n the FINAL lease cntract n the Rebates and Nn-Cash Credits line. This cmputatin must be dne at the time f sale r lease, and must be identified n the buyer s rder r purchase cntract as a sales incentive/rebate. The cash allwance must nt be cmbined with custmer dwn payment r ther dealer prvided discunts. In the case f a lease, the minimum term must be n less than 12 mnths.
