3 EnerMech LG Ball Valve The EnerMech LG Ball Valve is our in-house designed and manufactured trunnion mounted ball valve. It is derived from a rich engineering heritage extending back to 1992 when LG Ball Valves (which we acquired in 2010) was first established. Our success is due to consistent focus on customer care and in providing innovative and reliable solutions to the energy industry. We have a long history of providing short, dependable lead times to the energy sector. The reliability of our competitive lead times are ensured by holding stock forgings in bulk, allowing us to provide a bespoke, manufactured, high-integrity solution, to your specifications and in line with the reactive time scales often demanded by this industry. 4 Key features of the EnerMech LG Ball Valve are as follows: Capacity and Capability By undertaking the majority of engineering, machining, assembling and testing within our own facilities we gain maximum control over our manufacturing process, minimising delays, cost and risk involved with transportation and reliance on 3rd party suppliers. High Integrity Solution: Our valves are designed to meet customer demand for increased reliability, product performance and structural integrity. A number of key features have been upgraded from the previous LG Ball Valve design; all seats employ elastomeric sealing with fire safe graphite seal to optimise seat to ball contact throughout the pressure range. The designs are third party verified and rigorously tested including hydrostatic and gas body and seat testing, cycle torque testing and fire testing to ISO Fire Testing Cryogenic ball valve High quality materials All of our materials are of western origin from a fully audited, NORSOK approved supply chain to ensure that they meet the most stringent material standards and specifications. Valve bodies, adaptors, trunnion flanges, bonnets and internal non-pressure boundary components are manufactured from forged material as standard. FEA analysis Engineering Support Our engineering team provide a high level of customer support with the capability to perform failure & FEA analysis, complimented by our trouble shooting expertise to assist clients with problematic valves in even the most extreme conditions. Competitive lead times The ball valve range has been rationalised to maximise commonality of components and our extensive stock of raw materials allows us to supply a high integrity isolation ball valve solution in lead times unprecedented in the industry.
