Teamster 200 Hour Driver Training or Equivalent Remarks: 8 Hours Annual Driver Safety Course will be Audiovisual Instructions and Quiz to be conducted by the Hawaii Electricians Training Fund. Instruction will cover the following topics: 1. Traffic Violations & Disqualifications 1. Flatbed Securement 2. Van Securement 3. Health and Wellness 4. Whistleblower Protection 5. Entry-Level Training

7 DRIVER IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM Evaluation: Points Behind The Wheel Road Test and Pre- Trip Inspection 5 REMARKS: ROAD TEST -EACH DRIVER WILL UNDERGO ON AN ANNUAL A 1 (ONE) HOUR ROAD EVALUATION ADMINISTERED BY AN INSTRUCTOR FROM THE HAWAII ELECTRICIANS TRAINING FUND AND A 1- HOUR PRE TRIP INSPECTION AND CLOSES COURSE PERFORMANCE SKILLS TEST. DRIVER RECORDS 2 POINTS PERSONNEL/DEPARTMENTAL AND VIOLATION REVIEW REMARKS: THE PERSONAL RECORDS WILL BE KEPT AND MAINTAINED BY THE MANAGEMENT IF THE EMPLOYEE AND WILL BE TIMELY AND EFFICIENTLY MAINTAINED. VIOLATION REVIEW IS TO BE DONE ANNUALLY. ANNUAL DRIVER SAFETY COURSES 3 POINTS 8 HOUR ANNUAL DRIVER SAFETY COURSE REMARKS: AUDIOVISUAL INSTRUCTION AND QUIZ TO BE CONDUCTED BY THE HAWAII ELECTRICIANS TRAINING FUND.
