The sleuths of Commissioner s Task Force, West Zone Team apprehended (2) persons who were committed Robbery from a person in the limits of Shahinayathgunj Police Station and recovered Rs.18,13,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Lakhs and Thirteen thousand), One Gold locket with Om Symbol and (2) Cell phones from their possession. ACCUSED: 1. Mukna Mukesh S/o Ram Kishan, aged 28 yrs, Occ: Car Driver, R/o Berasar(V), Bikanare(Dist), Rajasthan. 2. Suresh Sharma S/o Late Mothilal Sharma, age 26 years, Occ: Marketing in Bhojya Chips and Papad Company, R/o Kanpura Basthi, Near Masjid Chowk, Nokha (Tahsil), Bikanare (Dist), Rajasthan. RECOVERED PROPERTY:- 1. Net cash of Rs.18,13,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Lakhs and Thirteen Thousand). 2. Gold Locket with Om symbol. 3. Two Cell phones. BRIEF ABOUT THE ACCUSED PERSONS: The accused Mukna Mukesh is native of Berasar(V), Bikanare(Dist), Rajasthan. He is working as Car driver at his native place and earning Rs.10,000/- to Rs.12,000/- per month and also he is doing agriculture work. He was involved in several cases in the limits of Noka PS, Napasar PS, Babjodhpur PS, JNVC Bikanare PS, Panch PS of Rajasthan state. Eight warrants are pending against him in above said PSs. The accused Suresh Suresh is native of Kanpura Basthi, Near Masjid Chowk, Nokha (Tahsil), Bikanare (Dist), Rajasthan. He is doing marketing the food product of Bhojya Chips and Papad Company at his native place and getting salary Rs.12,000/- per month. Rajesh Raju is native of Rajasthan state who is working as Lorry driver and earning money of Rs.10,000/- to 20,000/- per month. he is relative of accused Suresh Suresh. Dinesh is Native of Jodhpur belongs to same caste of Suresh Sharma and they both friends since last five years. Mukna Mukesh known to accused Suresh Sharma since three years.

2 PLANNING:- In the last week of August-2016, Rajesh Raju informed Suresh Sharma over phone, that Dinesh Sharma informed him that Varun Sharma and Narayana who are Money Collecting Agents working under Dhanraj are staying in a flat at Begum Bazaar, Hyderabad. Narayana left to his native place and Varun Sharma is alone in a flat at Begum Bazaar, having huge collection money with him and explained plan to rob the cash from Varun Sharma. Also Rajesh Sharma informed the same to remaining accused persons and all hatched a plan to commit Robbery from Varun Sharma. On as per the direction of Rajesh Sharma, Dayal Dayal, Mukna Mukesh and Suresh Sharma met at the shop of Praveen Sharma at Nokha, and all conspired to rob the cash from Varun Sharma at Hyderabad and in executing of their plan Dinesh Sharma will help them in Hyderabad. PREPARATION AND EXECUTION:- As per their plan, on Rajesh Raju, Dayal Rao, Mukna Mukesh and Suresh Sharma left from Nokha by bus and reach Nagore dist and from there boarded a Train of Mumbai, and reached Mumbai at 2.00 p.m. on At about 3.00 p.m. they boarded the train of Secunderabad from Mumbai and reached Secunderabad on morning hours. They all came to Afzalgunj. Rajesh Raju and Dayal Rao told the remaining accused persons to wait for some time they will go and see the situation near the complex of Varun Sharma. After 20 to 30 minutes Rajesh Raju and Dayal Rao return back and asked them to follow them. At about 1.30 p.m. they went to the Flat of Varun Sharma at Begum Bazaar, Rajesh knocked the door. Then Varun Sharma opened the door, then all entered into his room. All of sudden Dayal Rao kept hand on the mouth of Varun Sharma, Mukna Mukesh caught hold hands of Varun twisting back, Rajesh Sharma and Suresh Sharma pushed Varun in to the bed room. Rajesh Raju asked Varun Sharma about cash, but Varun Sharma did not give any reply, then they threatened him with dire consequences and beat him and found the cash in a cartoon on the shelf. Then Dayal Rao and Mukna Mukesh tied the hands and legs of Varun Sharma with plastic packing thread, also pasted the plastic tape on his mouth. Then they collected the black colour bag from the bed roof, Rajesh Sharma and Suresh Sharma removed the cash from the cartoon box kept in the hand bag. While leaving the room Dayal snatched the gold locket, silver ring and two cell phones from Varun Sharma. They pushed him on the bed, and took the lock available at the door and locked the door from outside. AFTER EXECUTION:- Rajesh Raju was carrying the cash bag, engaged the auto to MGBS Bus depot, boarded the private travel bus to go Mumbai. After crossing outskirts of Hyderabad, Dayal thrown way (2) cell phones of Varun Sharma from the running bus and gold locket handed over to Mukna Mukesh and Silver ring to Rajesh Raju. After reaching Mumbai they boarded the Jodhpur bus, came to the house of Mukna Mukesh at Berasar village. Counted the cash and found total Rs.32,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty two Lakhs only). Out of which Rs.50,000/- spent for traveling and other expenditures etc., the remaining cash they shared each Rs.6,30,000/-. The Share amount Rs.6,30,000/- of

3 Dinesh has kept with Suresh Sharma by his associate to hand over the same to Dinesh Sharma at Hyderabad. On Suresh Suresh along with Mukna Mukesh came to Hyderabad, to hand over the cash of Rs.6,30,000/- to Dinesh Sharma. Mukna Mukesh and Suresh Sharma are carrying their share amount each Rs.6,30,000/- to do the business. While the accused persons Suresh Suresh and Mukna Mukesh present in front of Central Library to go lodge at Gowliguda, meantime the West Zone Task Force team along with Shahinayathgunj Police apprehended them along with cash. Other accused Rajesh Raju and Dayal are absconding. The accused persons and the seized property were handed over to the SHO, Shahinayathgunj PS, Hyderabad for taking further necessary action. The arrests were made under the supervision of Sri B.Limba Reddy, Dy. Commissioner of Police, Commissioner s Task Force, by Sri L.Raja Venkat Reddy, Inspector of Police, West Zone Task Force, Sri M.Ravinder Reddy, Inspector of Police, Shahinayathgunj PS, with the assistance of SIs Sri P.Mallikarjun, Sri L.Bhaskar Reddy, Sri M.Prabhakar Reddy, Sri V.Kishore of West Zone Task Force and staff of West Zone Team, Commissioner s Task Force, Hyderabad. 4 PRESS NOTE On Central Crime Station, Detective Department, Hyderabad has arrested the following person who along with his employees had cheated gullible public a tune of Rs. 95 lakhs on guise of early bids on enrolment in their chit fund company. ACCUSED: Adinarayana Betamcharla S/o Sri B.Kotaiah, age: 42 yrs Occ: Managing Director, Sai Bhavana Chit Funds India Ltd, Hyderabad R/o H.No , Vijayanagar Colony, Khammam on at hours at Cheerala of Andhra Pradesh State M.O. OF CASE Betamcherla Adinarayana along with Smt Betamcherla Chandravathi, Ramesh pagadala, Sri Kamsala Lakanathachari, floated a chit fund company by name M/s Sai Bhavana Chit Fund India Limited and opened 24 branches in Andhra Pradesh and Telengana state and some branches in Karnataka State. Later they have started chits worth Rs.5 Lakhs and 10 Lakhs. They have collected money from the subscribers on guise of chit subscriptions and assuring early bid action. It is further revealed during the course of investigation that most of the original chit subscribers were able to win the bid to get the bid amount. The company management has issued cheques for the successful bidders and the cheques were bounced for want of sufficient funds when they were presented in clearing through the banks. Further it was revealed that at the instance of the management of the company proxy persons who are not the members of the chits used to participate in the chit auction and quoto higher amount and win the chit. In order not to pay single rupees to the chit subscribers. The company. i.e., A-1 M/s Sai Bhavana Chit Fund India Limited represented by its Managing Director A-2 Betamcherla Adinarayana along with its directors by name A-3 Smt Betamcherla Chandravathi, A-4 Ramesh pagadala, A-5 Sri Kamsala Lakanathachari have collected huge sums from the general public in the guise of chit subscriptions with the assistance of the accused A-6 Inala Praveen Kumar, A-7 Katarapu Satyanarayana, A-8 Andasu Inala Ramesh, A-9 Vikram Reddy and A-10 Vishwakanth and after collection of the money they have closed the branch offices and absconded. On receipt of complaint from Smt M. Sudha Rani a case had been registered being investigated into. In this case earlier Inala Praveen Kumar s/o Ramulu, Age: 35 yrs; Occ: Collection of Chit amounts in Sai Bhavana Chit Fund India Ltd., R/o H. No. 7-30/A, Bapuji Nagar, Nacharam, Cyberabad.

5 Katarapu Satyanarayana s/o Narsaiah, Age: 39 yrs; Occ: Collection of Chit amounts in Sai Bhavana Chit Fund India Ltd., R/o H.No /10/1, Vishnupuri Colony, Vimala Devi Nagar, Malkajgiri, Cyberabad. Andasu Inala Ramesh S/o A. Chinna Peraiah, Age: 37 yrs, Occ: Marketing Agent in Balaji Agro Farms, Former Branch manager of Sai Bhavana Chit Fund India Ltd. Tarnaka Branch. R/o Flat No. 401, Kama Koti Krupa, Chandragiri Colony, Safilguda, Malkajgiri, Cyberabad were arrested on and remanded to judicial custody. Team lead by ACP S. Manohara Rao, S.
