2 The CW3 Jaguars, formerly CW3 Extreme, represent the select, premier, and Midwest Regional League (MRL) portion of the CW3 Soccer Association. CW3 is entering their second year as partners with the Michigan Jaguars. The club continues to make tremendous strides in providing quality developmental and competitive programming to the soccer players of the lakes area including, but not limited to, Commerce, Walled Lake, Wolverine Lake, and Wixom. 3 THANK YOU FOR ATTENDING TRYOUTS IF YOUR CHILD IS SELECTED FOR A CW3 JAGUARS TEAM Player Registration As soon as possible, please visit the CW3 website at and refer to the "TRYOUTS drop down and the Player Registration" page, which will provide you with the guidelines on how to complete your player s registration. Team Kick Off Meetings: Wed, June 17 and Thurs, June 18 at Total Soccer Wixom The CW3 Jaguars hold team kick off meetings so that the parents/players can meet with their coach. Documents are also collected and uniforms can be sized. The exact time of each meeting will be posted on our website on the Kick Off Meetings" page under the TRYOUTS drop down. Player Pictures (U14 and Older Players Only) This year we will be taking new pictures of all players U14+ at the kick-off meetings for college recruiting purposes so their attendance is mandatory. Sample jerseys will be available for CW3 players to utilize for their pictures. CW3 Jaguars Uniforms Team uniform requirements and ordering procedures will be available at the kickoff meeting. Because the sample uniforms for sizing are available at the kick off meeting it is important that the player attend. All CW3 Jaguars players are required to order new uniform kits for including jerseys, practice T-shirt, shorts, and socks. The warm up jacket, pant and backpack are optional for Goalkeeper Jerseys Goalkeepers U13 and older will be provided with the goalkeeper jersey. U12 and younger players will have the option of purchasing the goalkeeping jersey if they choose. CONVENIENT ONLINE REGISTRATION The CW3 Jaguars utilize the 2enroll online registration system for CW3 Jaguars club dues payments ( 2enroll provides families with convenient online access to their registration information. 6 CW ESTIMATED PLAYER COST* U7 U9 $1,935-$1,975* U10 U11 $2,090-$2,160* U12 $2,130-$2,190* U13 U14 $2,190-$2,300* U15 U19 $1,825-1,925* *Costs are Estimated Actual cost is determined by the number of players on the team roster (which can vary throughout the year) as well as variations which may be made to the team schedule. Estimated Costs Above Include Club Dues Club dues include training space, coaching fees, outdoor league fees, and club administrative costs. The Summer Team Camp is also included in the club dues for all U7 and older team members. Club Dues is a set amount which is payable online with set due dates. Team Fees These fees include indoor league fees, tournament expenses, and referee fees. They are payable directly to the team via the team treasurer. This is a variable expense which is unique to each team and funds are collected as needed by the team treasurer. Estimated Costs Above Do Not Include MSYSA State Cup Some teams will choose to participate in State Cup in addition to tournaments. Total Soccer Family Fee Players are responsible for this fee based on usage (Individual: $15; Family: $30) Travel Expenses (Not Included in Estimated Costs Above) Travel expenses include family travel and hotel expenses. Some teams have high travel fees. Please refer to the tournament list within this document to estimate the costs for each team. Optional Expenses Which May Be Incurred Extra Player Training Training classes offered by the Jaguars, such as skill development and finishing, are considered optional. Other Team Expenses These expenses are unique to each team (i.e. tents, benches, gifts). Financial Assistance The CW3 Jaguars offer financial assistance to those families whose players would otherwise be unable to play.
