2 LIFE večletni delovni program (MAWP) Večji poudarek na: Dolgoročni vzdržnosti projekta Ponovljivosti in prenosljivosti Dodani vrednosti za EU Nov pogoj kazalniki učinka (impact indicators)

3 Dolgoročna vzdržnost Dolgotrajnost rezultatov mora biti vključena v samo projektno prijavo Možnost uporabe rezultatov tudi po izteku projekta Še zlasti je to pomembno pri dodeljevanju točk za tehnično koherenco in kakovost

4 Ponovljivost in prenosljivost Ne razmišljajte zgolj o razširjanju informacij o rezultatih projekta in izmenjavi znanja V akcije projekta vključite dejavnosti in pristope, katerih namen je olajšati ponovljivost oziroma prenosljivosti rezultatov projekta, tudi na druge sektorje, regije ali države

5 Replicability - Transferability Replicability: Apply solution in the same context (e.g. scale up in the same sector (e.g. in same/another location) Transferability: Adapt solution to a new context, (e.g. new sector) What are the project benefits? Key users/target groups? Business plan: Costs/time needed? Investors? Technology licensing - IP? Cultural/administrative/legal barriers? Project promoter? Vehicle? Policies? How EC could further promote uptake?

6 NAT: keep in mind Demonstration value, Replicability, Transferability DEMONSTRATION CHARACTER OF THE PROJECT, form B3 in the GA Is the project active in disseminating results related to the demonstration value, e.g. through conferences, study visits, publications etc.? Revitalised oxbow lakes and ponds and constructed dykes, foot paths and gravel barriers have great demonstration value regarding the conservation of various types of wetlands. BEST PRACTICE CHARACTER OF THE PROJECT in form B3 of GA Replicability is something more than best practice and demonstration. The project assess or provide evidence regarding the potential for replicability? Do the project design and results assure replicability and transferability? Are there any barriers to replicability and transferability, and if so, which are they?

7 Policy impact LIFE Environment and Resource Efficiency aims specifically at contributing to the implementation, updating and development of European Union environmental policy and legislation, including the integration of the environment into other policies, thereby contributing to sustainable development.

12 LIFE Nature & Biodiversity LIFE Nature & Biodiversity aims specifically at: contributing to the development and implementation of EU policy and legislation in the area of nature and biodiversity, in the Union Biodiversity Strategy to 2020, and the Birds and Habitats Directives; supporting the further development, implementation and management of the Natura 2000 network; improving the knowledge base for the development, implementation, assessment, monitoring and evaluation of EU nature and biodiversity policy and legislation. 12

13 Dodana vrednost za EU Vsak projekt mora dodano vrednost za EU prikazati v obliki: Pokritosti Ponovljivosti Prenosljivosti ali Mednarodnega dosega (kadar je to potrebno za doseganje rezultatov projekta)

17 Kazalniki učinka (Impact Indicators) Program LIFE poudarja kazalnike učinka z njimi merimo učinek vsakega posameznega projekta Vsak projekt mora poročati o ključnih kazalnikih tekom projekta in po njegovem zaključku Družbeni in gospodarski kazalniki so obvezni za VSE projekte!

18 Novosti razpisa 2015 in 2016 Tabele kazalnikov pri vseh prioritetah (ENV/NAT/CLIMA) Okoljske koristi v okviru vidika življenjskega cikla (Life Cycle Perspective) oziroma vpliv na naravovarstveni status habitatov in vrst (AW3) Primerno obsežne dejavnosti za podporo ponovljivosti in prenosljivosti morajo biti vključene v delovni načrt Poenostavljeni obrazci za prijavo (kazalniki napredka akcij, specifične omejitve in pričakovani rezultati)
